sehr gute Lage. Durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum. Möglichkeit Fahrrad im Keller abzustellen. , Ansprechpartner vor Ort positiv. Kleine Einschränkung vielleicht, dass es etwas laut war auf der Straße.

Pros:

Ratisbona o più comunemente conosciuta come Regensburg è stata una fantastica scoperta. Cittadina stupenda che mi ha stregato nonostante fossimo ai primi di gennaio, mi immagino che spettacolo possa essere sorseggiare un aperitivo sulle rive del danubio nei mesi caldi. Appartamento pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, gestore sempre reattivo e posizione top, raggiungibile in macchina con parcheggio gratuito a 450 metri e situato al confine del centro che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. Tutta la mia famiglia è rimasta molto contenta del regalo che ho fatto

Cons:

Purtroppo per noi italiani è difficile abituarci a mangiare presto e non so se per colpa del periodo alle 20 ci hanno rimbalzato dal ristorante. Per fortuna avevamo la cucina e il necessario in appartamento

Super für eine spontane Übernachtung
Pros:

Wir konnten am Abend noch buchen, wir konnten quasi von zuhause einchecken, wir kamen problemlos an unseren Schlüssel, das Zimmer war für eine Nacht schwer in Ordnung, die Betten bequem und an der Sauberkeit gibt's auch nichts zu meckern.
Über das Personal können wir - bis auf die Sauberkeit - keine Aussage machen, weil wir während des ganzen Aufenthalts kein Personal zu Gesicht bekommen haben.
Morgens war das Auschecken ebenfalls simpel.

Cons:

Für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft genau richtig und wir haben keine Beanstandungen.

Pros:

Хотелът се намира на пешеходно разстояние от стария град. Впечатляващо беше, че сградата е на 3 етажа и има асансьор. Стаята беше просторна, много чиста и топла. Имаше машина за чай и кафе. На първият етаж има зала където може да си закупите от вендинг машина питиета и други неща, да седнете, да погледате телевизия, да постирите на китара, да почетете книга или да изиграете настолна игра. Горещо препоръчвам този хотел!

Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem!

Cons:

Die Außenbeleuchtung ist defekt. Man steht komplett im Dunkeln vor der Tür des Hotels, das war unheimlich.
Leider war in dem Zimmer ein ,,muffiger" Geruch, der auch nach Dauerlüftung nicht verschwand. Ich war schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und hatte dies auch schon bei einem anderen Zimmer.
Der Fernseher war nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, es konnten nur 4 Programme empfangen werden.
Insgesamt war dafür der Preis zu hoch.
