Cons:

Toilet. Stunk out the room when you was having a shit. Needs to be closed off. The extraction fan isn’t enough to take away the smell. Feel uncomfortable if you was staying with another or having visitors

Incredible hotel with amazing room and great facilities!
Pros:

The hotel, facilities and room were incredible. The rooms are amazing, spacious, clean and really comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Can’t fault it!

A good place to stay for our last night in Bali but could do with some external maintenance.
Pros:

Location - in the heart of Seminyak. Room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Property was tired and needed some updates - pool area in particular - gardens were full of weeds, dirty day beds, lots of broken tiles in the pool.

Most enjoyable relaxing stay with delightful staff( Tya in particular).
Pros:

In a great location on ‘Eat Street’ and only a short walk to beach. Rooms are large, beds very comfortable. Breakfast area on rooftop is lovely and gym and pool on same level.

Cons:

Shower cubicle had VERY slippery floor when wet. Quite dangerous.
Tea could be served in pots and not just having t -bag in cup at breakfast. Goes cold too quickly.

Lovely room, very spacious and modern.

Cons:

Stairs to lobby. They are painted black. At night quite difficult to see the edge of stairs treads, particularly when lights not working. Suggest a reflective strip on each stairs tread for safety. Also pool was dangerous. Lots of broken tiles in bottom of pool. My room was ground floor. Very noisy overhead with people scraping chairs around. I also thought heavy rain outside for quite some time. Found out they were watering plants but you would not have wanted to be standing on balcony when this was happening!
