The staff and customer service at Cross Paasha were ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING
Pros:

In all ways imaginable the staff and customer service at Cross Paasha were ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING. The rooms are lush and so very spacious with great air-conditioning to keep you cool in the heat. The complimentary breakfast deserves a special mention but for me it was the exceptional staff that made Cross Paasha a real winner (and will guarantee I return sooner than later).
Thank you to those very special staff who made my stay so special and memorable.

Hôtel vétuste, mal entretenu, loin du standing annoncé.

La piscine sur le rooftop et le personnel qui a été à l’écoute.

Cons:

Le séjour a été globalement très décevant. Les chambres sont anciennes, mal entretenues, et une odeur persistante rendait l’atmosphère difficilement supportable. Nous avons également constaté la présence d’insectes morts dans la salle de sport, située en sous-sol, à côté du parking — un détail inacceptable pour un hôtel annoncé comme 5 étoiles.

Nous avons demandé un remboursement à l’établissement, qui a accepté de nous restituer 3 nuits sur les 4 réservées. En revanche, Booking n’a jamais répondu à nos sollicitations, ce que nous regrettons vivement.

L’hôtel semble clairement à bout de souffle, et ne mérite pas plus de 2 ou 3 étoiles. Seul point positif : le personnel, qui a été aimable et professionnel.

Because of staff, especially restaurant was extremely satisfying
Pros:

Breakfast and stuff was impeccable Location because of drivers. Knowledge was great walking around especially having Calla spa and convenience store so close was great.

Cons:

Facility after being a couple of times is slightly a little rundown water pressure and hot water needs a little attention upstairs. Pool dick area and poor flooring needs maintenance.
