Pros:

Прекрасный вид, сервис и персонал, широкий выбор закусок на завтрак!
Это было наше первое знакомство с Каппадокией. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Номера просторные. Благодарим персонал за сервис и помощь! Нам было очень приятно получить апгрейд номера. Незабываемые впечатления!

Besser hätte es nicht sein können.
Pros:

Wir waren super zufrieden, für unsere ersten Flitterwochen haben wir eine Rundreise durch die Türkei gemacht und konnten Kappadokien nicht auslassen, das Hotel hat alle erwartungen erfüllt. Jede Bitte wurde erfüllt und für uns alles möglich gemacht, Service aufjedenfall Top.
Frühstücksmöglichkeit klein aber fein, meiner Meinung nach nichts auszusetzen.

Cons:

Wir können uns nicht beklagen.

Precioso hotel rural
Pros:

El hotel no es una cueva original como otros de Göreme, pero las habitaciones si están excavadas en bloques de piedra y es muy bonito, la decoración y el ambiente del hotel es excepcional y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es variado, dentro de que las opciones son de cosas típicas de desayuno turco

Cons:

Contratamos 3 suit pero no todas las habitaciones tienen los mismos servicios, una de las habitaciones contaba con jacuzzi redondo+ bañera de hidromasaje+ ducha, otra con jacuzzi y duchas y una tercera solo con la bañera de hidromasaje y la ducha. Esto nos pareció un poco decepcionante porque la habitación que solo tenía bañera de hidromasaje, no es suficientemente grande si quieren usarla dos personas, y pensabamos que todas tendrían jacuzzi.
Además a las habitaciones se accede por escaleras, no es acto para personas con movilidad reducida.

Couldn’t ask for more on a couples getaway. They decorated the room which was a lovely surprise to the missus!

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im gesamten Hotel war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The staff are very friendly especially Emre n Bilal... and all others are very good.
They were all very helpful and van go extra miles for tge guests. Love you guys , gonna missed Acer Cave Hotel.

Nothing. But breakfast should go international menu rather than those turkish breakfast.

Clean, cosy, so quiet, amazing view from breakfast and from the room, design of the room, nice staff, comfortable parking, helpful reception 24/7, 10 min (by car) to the touristic places and balloons view point

Wir haben uns vor Ort für ein Upgrade entschieden - wunderbar:statt junor suite hatten wir dann Zimmer mit Fenster zur Terrasse und Whirpool.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ballonfahrt war grandios.
Ich habe diese über das Hotel buchen lassen, nachdem ich Preise verglichen hatte. Diese variieren stark, kurz vorher war es dann über das Hotel günstiger.

Cons:

Die Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen sind etwas weniger als auf den Fotos.
Wir hatten allerdings Stühle und Tische direkt vor den Zimmern, das war perfekt.

Estancia espectacular !
Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. El personal tremendamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Tuvieron dos detallazos como un up grade de una de las habitaciones y ponerme una tartita el día de mi cumpleaños, son detalles q marcan la diferencia por lo que me parece un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Por poner algo a mejorar y como sugerencia para ayudar a los turistas no locales, en el desayuno estaría bien que en la gran cantidad de salsas y toppings hubiera una pequeña nota indicando lo que es.
