Assolutamente da evitare

Siamo scappati via un giorno prima!!!!!si accede da una strada che sta in una via trascurata e la macchina la si lascia in quella strada, tanto che mi sono preoccupato e ho chiesto se la macchina stesse al sicuro. I bagni della camera puzzavano di fogna, per terra c’erano piccoli pezzi di pietra che ogni tanto cadono dal soffitto.
Il ristorante dell’hotel praticamente esiste solo per la
Colazione, per la cena i pranzo o quello che può servire si deve ordinare da asporto tramite un sito fornito dall’hotel. Noi abbiamo ordinato la cena e ci è arrivata 2 ore e mezza dopo l’ordine completamente fredda. Mi sono lamentato con lo staff dell’hotel e mi hanno detto che non sono loro i responsabili, allora mi domando perché mettono questo servizio nelle loro camere ?! Le pulizie delle camere o quantomeno sostituzione degli asciugamani non c’è stata.
L’unica nota positiva è lo staff composto da giovani ragazzi sorridenti che ci hanno dato una mano a portare le valigie.

아제르 케이브는 오르타히사르에 상부에 위치한 아주 조용하고 예쁜 숙소 입니다

숙소는 정말 동굴처럼 생겼으며 굉장히 넓습니다
어두운 조명은 분위기를 더 살립니다

방 바로 앞에 테라스가 존재하여 벌룬과 카파도키아 전반을 방 앞에서 즐길 수 있습니다

두 개의 욕조가 존재해서 목욕을 하며 tv를 볼 수 있습니다
와이파이가 있습니다(이스탄불 5성급 호텔에서는 없었음)

유튜브를 볼 수 있습니다

직원들이 매우 친절하며 카이세리 공항까지 픽업을 예약해주었으며 우리를 살뜰히 챙겨주었습니다

우리는 신혼야행으로 이 슥소에 묵았으며 우리를 위해 하트 풍선과 와인 과일을 준비해주었습니다

그린투어 픽업 셔틀이 이 호텔까지 오기에 투어를 즐기는데 문제 없습니다

오르타히사르는 괴메르에 비해 덜 상업화되어있으며 작은 마을 분위기와 오르타히사르 성, 훌륭한 경관을 즐기고 싶다면 이 호텔을 예약하세요

Acer Cave Hotel was a wonderful surprise. From the outside, the hotel looks quite unassuming and doesn’t immediately stand out, but once inside, it completely changes your impression in the best way.

We stayed in a beautiful deluxe cave suite, which was very spacious with both a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was a real highlight — large, well-designed, and featuring a jacuzzi that made the stay feel extra special and relaxing.
Breakfast was impeccable, with excellent quality and variety, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and always willing to help.

In particular, Emrah stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful in organizing our entire stay — booking taxis for us as well as arranging all our tours, including the ATV tour, horse riding tour, and the Green Tour. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the experience completely stress-free.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant and truly fulfilling. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodation, and well-organized experiences made it feel like a hidden gem in Cappadocia. There is also another branch called “The Portal,” but this property is definitely a must-stay for anyone visiting the area.
