Overall is good for staying.
Pros:

-Staff is helpful & friendly.
-Provided TV,water heater,air cond.
-Car parking provide at basement hotel.
-Fitness center at basement floor.
-Walking distance within 1km for hypermarket & food.

Cons:

-WIFI internet is provided but always request to login access once out of building, hopefully improve it.
-Drain water system very slow at bathroom.
-Cup did not change when housekeeping after used.

Disappointed.

Free car park and near other locations of food court.

Cons:

Dirty towel. Yellow spots on towel and bedsheets. Floor mat in the toilet is alreasy old and torn in the middle but they still use it. Tap water wobbly. Toilte floor wet upon entering. No place to hang my clothes in the toilet or room, expect cloth rack. Only allow one room card. Generally room is not well managed and run down already. Book the room on the booking.com for Rm140 but upon entering the hotel, you can get it on the spot for only Rm108. Even can get this special rate if make booking in advance by calling them direct.

Sangat memuaskan

Secara keseluruhan sangat memuaskan. Pegawai bertugas sangat membantu. Pegawai bertugas sedia membantu dan cuba membantu mememuhi permintaan.
Bilik sangat selesa. Pengudaraan sangat baik. Terima kasih

Cuma bilik air boleh ditambah baik lagi khasnya bilik kecil shower
Kedua,ialah bahagian tempat parking. Sekiranya tidak menjadi keberatan kepada pihak pentadbir. Boleh mohon pengawal keselamatan menjaga bahagian pintu belakang, agar bukan penginap hotel tidak dapat parking didalam dan menyebabkan penginap susah nak cari tempat parking. Khasnya bila restoran disebelah ada function.

It’s a shame
Pros:

Location is good.
I was Bintulu to attend church meeting.
This hotel just few minutes away to my church. Also near many eatery, grocery and beach.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, full of mold. Aircond leak like a rain. It’s a shame if can maintain and clean properly, still a good hotel value to stay.
No smoking is no smoking. No smoke detector I. Hotel room.
