good experience. property close to metro and shopping centers.

good spread of the dishes. friendly staff. live counter dishes good choices and tasty. close to metro and also shopping centers. also close to places of interest and good connectivity. recommend for short visits of 3-4 days comfortably.

everything was good. room size just enough for single. for couple room is small and should choose deluxe or larger room.

Loved the room comfort and proximity to nearby must places to visit in Nagpur
Pros:

There’s scope for improvement in breakfast menu including taste and variety. The room and services were very good.

Cons:

Dinner buffet was poor. Taste was not upto the mark…all dishes tasted similar..Combination of chicken Thai curry with yellow veg pulao rice did not gel…Jasmine rice would have been preferable.
Breakfast items also were not satisfactory…taste wise
There’s a definite need to revamp the menu

Front desk staff behavior very poor, not helpful. Please make sure customer satisfaction is main matter.My mobile phone I forget in front of my room, one guest took my phone and he went to his own place, front desk staff didn't heard my words, myself I try to find this guest and requesting to return back my phone, no of times I send request, last he send by courier,I didn't get until now. This is not fair, three days I am worriy about this phone, all douments are in the phone, so my stay in your hotel very poor.

Though there was some issue yes we will like to stay here in future also

Breakfast was really good staff is very cooperative and suppostive Location is also good Room size is ok but living room was not that clean so be careful in future I will definetly tell others to stay
