Excellent Reception Customer Service and Convenient Location to Airport and Metro
Pros:

Location is great - close to airport and not even a 2 minute walking distance to Metro Station

Cons:

Room could have been more thoroughgly cleaned - there was some hairs on the floor and the outside of the foot operated bin in the bathroom seemed more dirty then it should have been.

Overall staff is super helpful and polite but parking is an issue
Pros:

The staff is extremely polite and so is the security. The parking is not that great but security staff helped us for our car parking and made sure we get the separate space.

Cons:

The parking facility is not that great. It’s stack parking with very small parking space and can damage SUVs.

No parking facility all are occupied.
Also with this room rate I can get a better deluxe room. Very expensive.
No privacy for rooms near to kitchen. Every time noise.

A good stay.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, nice lounge, reasonably spacious bathrooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

They didn’t have baby-friendly bedding. Though there was a kids play area, it was quite dirty as many people were walking there. Also it would have been nice to have a microwave in the common area.

Good enough but some issues
Pros:

Very good hard product, good room and facilities

Cons:

Water bottle from previous guest left in room. Got locked out despite verifying multiple times that I have a late checkout
