Goede locatie, aardige personeel en nette hotel
Pros:

De locatie is perfect! Op korte afstand van BGC Highstreet waar alle winkels en restaurants zijn gevestigd

Cons:

De wachtrij en chaotich bij het ontbijt. Het is nogal chaotisch bij het ontbijt. Wil je genieten van een rustig ontbijt? Dan adviseer ik om 06:00 uur te gaan

Good hotel in convenient location within BGC
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed very large and comfortable. The facilities were good, especially the very large pool. The breakfast buffet was great.

Cons:

The room cleaning was annoying in that they came by too early in the morning when we were still there and then didn't come to clean the room later in the day. The breakfast buffet was usually quite crowded and not necessarily well managed.

Second and final time staying here!
Pros:

The room was large enough for us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough.

Cons:

The check in process took far longer than it should have done. The man on reception spent forever typing in details, details which we'd already provided online. Not what you need after a long journey!
Breakfast was an absolute farce! The staff were running round like headless chickens. There was no management of the staff or of the food. One morning I asked for the cornflakes to be replenished. This simple request took ten minutes! I also had to ask for milk, which didn't arrive. I ended up taking the milk jug to the coffee station to get it refilled. Unacceptable! We asked for coffees to our table. They arrived with no sugar and no spoons. Simple items that should accompany all coffee orders surely! We also had to remind staff about our egg orders, which had been input over ten minutes previously! When it arrived, it was wrong. We were disgusted by the lack of service. Not the staffs fault, but the fault of management and the training given.
Don't even get me started on the rooftop bar service. Terrible. 4 of 12 signature cocktails available only! The Bloody Mary ordered tasted like it was made with tomato sauce and not tomato juice. It was sent back and not paid for!
Our second time at the hotel and most certainly our last!
