Environment .

Cons:

Every charge was hidden. Also AC is not working property. Barthrooms are not clean well. If you stay here you have to spend 3000/- for Useless breakfast. Totally disappointed.

Cons:

While the property itself is great, the staff’s responsiveness could be improved. It was sometimes difficult to contact them when placing orders or making inquiries. We had to visit multiple places, like the reception and restaurant, to get information. Additionally, communication regarding kitchen closing times was unclear, requiring multiple calls and even a visit to the restaurant. Enhancing these aspects would greatly improve the overall experience.

False advertising of cost without including tax to hide the total was employed by booking.com I would directly contacted the hotel if I had known.

Pros:

The rooms were really nice

Cons:

The towels had stains. The kettle and the tv didn’t work. The service is extremely slow and also confusing for some reason. It’s difficult to communicate with most of the staff
