被酒店盜刷且家庭房的床很難睡
Pros:

離南長街很近

Cons:

1.用支付寶分三筆150RMB付住宿費時，中間被盜刷一筆150RMB，而且是以酒店物業「翡翠香江」的名義盜刷的，但前台人員只要求我們聯繫台灣的信用卡公司，應主動拷貝pos機的刷卡單據給我們仔細比對才是；
2.晚上洗澡時發現浴缸積水嚴重，打電話到前台竟然連續打了將近十通才有人接，又等了20分鐘左右才有師傅來處理，處理完都超過晚上10:30了，兩個原本要早睡的小孩因為延後洗澡而被迫晚睡。
3.我們訂豪華家庭房，訂房時已預訂兩大兩小的床位，但入住時竟然備品都只有2份，而且豪華家庭房的沙發床支撐性很差很難睡，枕邊人只要翻身就一定被影響，且沙發床還會發出很大聲的彈簧聲。

Pros:

An der Reception hat mich Warren sehr freundlich empfangen. Ich erhielt ein Up-grade auf mein bestelltes Zimmer! Das Frühstück gibt es für chinesische und kontinentale Essensliebhaber. Es war sehr gut.

Pros:

When I arrived, the hotel upgraded my room free of charge to a deluxe suite. The room even had a jacuzzi and a small lounge area that could accommodate 5–6 friends. The bed and duvet were extremely comfortable, and the environment was very quiet. The suite also featured a balcony and a dressing room. It was fantastic—definitely exceeded expectations for the price. The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near Wuxi’s famous Nan Chang Street scenic area, with easy access to transportation.

Cons:

The breakfast still needs improvement, and the variety could be made richer. The restaurant staff do not understand English, and they should be trained in basic English communication.I am a local resident of Wuxi. I stayed at this hotel while returning to China to visit family, but the hotel’s signature breakfast dish, the fried fish noodles, did not meet the Wuxi standard. I would suggest that the balance of sweetness be refined, perhaps by consulting renowned Wuxi chefs for their expertise.
