Pros:

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
For instance, Mai the manager got me a taxi to go to the supermarket to buy some food, but I could not get a taxi back & she came to collect me herself!
Thats what I mean by eceptional service & facilities in the rooms.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about the Shell Villa. I would recommend it to anyone.

Duże i wygodne łóżko. Duży i bardzo czysty pokój. Miła obsługa.

Cons:

Zlew był ładny, zrobiony z muszli, ale przez to mało praktyczny. Do tego był bardzo nisko, więc osobie średniego wzrostu trudno się z niego korzystało.
