there was a water leakage under the sink in the bathroom which ended up being a poodle. Other than this it was ok

Smoking room ( when I arrived at 1am ) claiming they have none of None smoking room (I couldn’t really take that room from the smell of the smoking and I told them my allergy from smoking then I move to another floor which is has non-smoking room) so the claim they said was not valid !!!
The hotel was above expectations. Everything was ok, tasty breakfast. I will recommend it to friends
Very good 4 star hotel in the direct vicinity of shopping area. Also near main road to enter or leave Eskisehir. I had a very good bed and even the early morning appeal from the imam for prayer was hardly hearable
Parking in front is in my view vulnerable for theft or damage to the parked cars eventhough video protection is available.
Everything was good, we liked the hotel.
The rooms were clean, staff were so kind and welcoming. Just beside there is a shopping center and so many restaurants and cafes.
There was only one water in the room for coffee and tea but we were expecting 2 more to drink. But it is not a big problem.
