Good. Will consider again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. it was a very nice selection, and a fair price. I opted to upgrade the room when i saw the regular one because it overlooked a gas station which was going to be busy and lit up all night. The upgraded room was much improved (on the pool side of the hotel). My bed was very comfortable and great shower.
Friends also stayed in the hotel and we did walk up to the Zona Area for restaurants, and it was all fine, felt quite safe and even quicker than the 5pm traffic!

Cons:

Half the rooms face onto a gas station below, so it didnt quiet and luxury for a Hyatt. I wasnt able to get a different room without an upgrade and pay for that, so i did need/choose to do that.
