2 star tired run down and will only clean and change towels and linen every 5 days.

Location is great! Unfortunately we had 10 days in this place only because of location for medical appointments. They will only change towels and bedding and give it a clean every five days. Yuck!! Otherwise you pay extra .. I purchased new towels for our stay and just kept the place clean and would take out our rubbish daily. Security at the desk before reception are great and the only part about the place you have interaction. They wouldn’t let you go to reception area which is so backward .. Location is central and the place is extremely tired and worn.. the aircon leaked and team were good to fix. The balcony door didn’t have a lock and they put on a temporary lock on as I didn’t feel comfortable given travelling with my 9 yr daughter. The pics are deceiving as the place is more a 2 star. We moved to another hotel which is bliss and a huge relief. Had I known the state of the place and the policy for cleaning as it’s a first in the world I’ve stayed at serviced apartment and told clean, change towels and linen every 5 days and throw out your own rubbish daily .. we would never have booked. We moved to a 4 star beautiful hotel for the same rate and a breath of fresh air. If you’re ok with backpacking hostel standards you will be fine here.

Friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

We stayed at Olympia Makati 3 times during our trip to the Philippines. We found it very comfortable and in an extremely convenient location. The staff there were really friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stays.
