Hotel has a beautiful setting and we had an excellent view from our room. The reception staff on all three days were very friendly and helpful. We always receive a lovely warm welcome back each time we stay. Thank you. Regards

The cracked wash hand basin and poor lighting in the bathroom. It’s a lovely building but is ready to be refurbished. Apparently this will happen in 2028… let’s hope the prices won’t spike to a level where we can’t stay there!
Room was clean. Bar and Restaurant decorated well, nice atmosphere.
Could not open window so room smells musty
Great location, small but clean rooms. Adequate tho. Breakfast was good and plentiful
Charging me £6 a night to park my car when I’m a resident is scandalous. They also tried to charge my sister twice for her room and then tried to charge me a second time when I was checking out. Poor organisation
Great location
The bed was awful! worst night sleep of if I got out the bed my partner nearly fell out the carpet was filthy the room smelt awful (I actually toke an air freshener from the hall way and put it in our room)
Perfect location for beach and town centre
It’s a bit tired and could do with some refurbishments
Hotel was in a superb location, with grounds that reached right to the sea front. Our room was on the ground floor with direct access to the ground which was perfect as we had our dog with us.
The room was well appointed with free WiFi. We enjoyed an evening meal in the bar and ŵere well served. The view was beautiful.
The bathroom was clean and functional but a little tired.
Excellent location, much improved breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff
No Tetley beer on tap anymore would benefit from having a draft beer available.
Great location on the sea front and very close to the relatives we were visiting.
Comfy bed , excellent breakfast, plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I feel more use could have been made of the extensive gardens, even taking into account of the hot dry summer we are experiencing.
Location by beach. Friendly staff.
The view of the beach was lovely. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The cereal bar for breakfast was good.
It needs doing up. It was a bit like an old student room. The cooked breakfast wasn't brilliant.
Location, location, bar, breakfast…
The piano needs a lot of TLC. The action is stiff, making it difficult to play. Please think of doing it…
The only benefit was that the hotel was practically on the beach
It was very tired and everything should be replaced
Location & breakfast
