Хороший номер очень красиво
Pros:

Здравствуйте , все супер.персонал отзывчивый, еда вкусная, номер отличный.все прекрасно. Мы продлили еще на двое суток.нам все очень .всем рекомендую.

Cons:

Не понравилось то что сразу в номере не было халатов на всех. Поздно занесли

Pros:

La habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora. Buen desayuno y restaurante. No usamos el spa pero estaba incluido en el precio. La ubicación muy bien respecto al aeropuerto y la estación de tren. Con respecto a los puntos de interés no tanto pero los taxis son muy baratos

No recuerdo nada que no me gustara.

Friendly & helpful staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Most positive surprise after 2 weeks travelling. We got a super friendly service at check-in with a complimentary coffee upon arrival (best one we had in 2 weeks). The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We did not try the spa or gym.

Cons:

Nothing we did not like, the location requires taxi but this is known beforehand

Pros:

Отель очень красивый, чистый, уютный, видно что был свежий ремонт. Приятно вежливый персонал. Очень красивый и уютный двор. Завтраки вообще неожиданно разнообразные, все очень вкусно, все свежее, даже мед в сотах, и творог удивительно вкусный, были готовые блюда, мясные и сыреве нарезки, фрукты и овощи, вообще завтраки зачётные!

Cons:

расположение отеля удобно только если вы проездом на 1-2 дня. Рядом аэропорт и ЖД вокзал. Если вы приехали отдыхать чтобы посмотреть город, то увы, в радиусе 1 км только частный сектор, рядом проходит железная дорога, будте готовы просыпаться ночью от проходящего грузового поезда. Мы приехали с ребенком и в город выезжали только на такси. На 3й день попросила сделать перерасчет, чтобы переехать в центр, но на рецепшене сказали , т к вы оплачивали картой , возврат сможем сделать только через месяц, или предложили оставить деньги в отеле на депозите до следующей поездки в этот отель🤔 вообщем пришлось остаться до конца поездки, наслаждаться юутом , завтраками и бассейном.

Cons:

Цена, на мой взгляд, не соответствует качеству предоставляемых услуг. В номере и общих зонах чистота оставляет желать лучшего. Особенно неприятное впечатление осталось от SPA-зоны и бассейна — там достаточно грязно, и уровень уборки явно не соответствует стоимости проживания. За такую цену ожидаешь гораздо более высокого уровня чистоты, сервиса и внимания к деталям.

Pros:

Очень приятный отель рядом с аэропортом. Персонал отличный, готов всегда помочь, приятно общаться. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные. Не добрались до СПА, но внутренний дворик оценили.

Cons:

Снимали номер с террасой и совершенно не поняли почему там не предусмотрено освещение. Посиделки вечером были в темноте....
