Pros:

This place was exceptional. Digital key with the app, electronic door codes for everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Hallway air fresheners and air cleaners kept the place smelling and feeling really good. The kitchen and shared spaces had lots of room, well decorated and well stocked.

Cons:

The room didn't look the same as what I booked online and the bathrooms were a little small.

Interesting place
Pros:

Beautifully renovated old pub. Despite room not having own toilet, there were plenty of bathroom options close to room. Full kitchen for guests to use and basic breakfast a bonus. Fully automated, no staff to check in was interesting. Loved the Tartan carpet!

Cons:

No lift, had to drag bags upstairs to room. Room nice, but small. I always prefer having a private bathroom with room.

Pros:

The place was immaculate. The kitchen is very well equipped, clean and modern.

Cons:

For $120/night the room was extremely tiny. Literally just enough space to move around a queen bed.
The bar downstairs has a live band every first Friday of the month. It was very loud from 3pm to 4/5pm whilst they practised and from about 7pm till 10pm for the live performance.

Good location easy walk to shops etc
Pros:

Location was good, only 5-10 mins walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included (tight getting down the side of the property if you have a wide vehicle). Easy check-in via app.

Cons:

We were in room 5 and there is only a blind, the problem was that there are streetlights straight outside the window so it was like daylight in the bedroom. There were no curtains to close it out. Road can be noisy especially late at night and early morning traffic. We had an ensuite bathroom, there were two large blobs of toothpaste on the bathroom floor by the sink so wonder if this has been cleaned at all. When we arrived at 4pm it was wet and cold and wanted a cup of tea, as there are no kettles in the bedrooms we went to the kitchen and there were no clean cups, the dishwasher was full from breakfast and had not been set off, so we passed on it. There is no one on site so could not let them know.

Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable. Toilets and showers were also clean.

The building isn't very soundproof so loud midnight conversations and 4am phone calls travel far.

All good and spacious except for the plug in freshners/stinkers
Pros:

very spacious place with secure parking at the back. No human contact all done with codes. It is not available immediately aftr booking so make sure you book in advance.

Cons:

the air freshener plugins are terrible. Why do places have them if it stinks sort it out. Don't want to breathe chemicals all night and day.
