Good location and spacious rooms
Pros:

Really good location in relation to centre. Worries about noise as Hanoi is a busy city but we had a room at the back and heard nothing. Rooms are a good size and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t like the photos, was fine but there was a lot of limescale in the shower but other than that room was really clean.

Dated but good value
Pros:

We liked the staff, location, room size.

Cons:

Was a bit dated,, and the beds were v hard, but everything worked, staff sorted a minor issue straight away. There was no breakfast or tea and coffee, but there was a kettle and cups. There are loads of coffee/tea shops everywhere.

Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

The room didn’t feel clean at all. Lots of ants, many in the bed. Shower wasn’t pleasant. The beds were comfortable and it was a big room with a window and balcony but wouldn’t stay again
