Lovely rooms OK experience
Pros:

Good architecture, great materials used and beautifully decorated. The views are gorgeous too.

Cons:

Other than showing you to your room, there is very little involvement from the staff. Our first room was great but second night we were in a beautiful but a very stuffy one, the only window looked at court yard where staff and people were loudly chatting. The same food for breakfast each day was quite boring. 60% of it was various jams we didn’t eat, we liked one item (very small puffy pastry) and asked for another one (2 in one portion) but after 3 reminders we were given 1 for two people to share, they said that those were cooked per individual guest. On our last day we could not pay the small bill for the tea and a snack, their system was down. They tried again on our way to airport- we were kept several minutes despite very obvious connectivity problems- I didn’t have any cash but offered to transfer the money but the person kept trying my card. In the end we had to rush and I made the transfer online. If I was running the luxury hotel, I’d offer to write off this tiny bill. Long story short, a gorgeous place but lacks very important small details, they should remember that small touches would make a huge difference!

Pros:

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Cappadocia! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with a lovely view. The breakfast area had absolutely stunning scenery, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Hôtel exclusif avec vue sur le château depuis une magnifique terrasse. Service impeccable de la part du personnel, notamment du réceptionniste du soir. Chambre tout confort avec des serviettes de bains moelleuses. Excellent et copieux petit-déjeuner. Parking à disposition. Bien situé dans le village.

Cons:

La chambre initialement attribuée comportait différents problèmes, que nous avons signalés, le manager a été très à l’écoute et nous a proposé une chambre différente. Geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Pros:

Small but beautiful hotel. Lovely views from the terrace. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was small but lovely architecture and fantastic bathroom.

Cons:

Maybe some indoor relaxing space would be nice. Small lounge/lobby area.

Es un rico hotel solo si vas a habitación con vista por pocos días ya que no tiene espacios de estar ni piscina etc
Pros:

La atención y la habitaciones con vista al valle.

Cons:

Es muy pequeño el hotel, tiene poca infraestructura (salón, spa, piscina y otros) y la habitación sin vista no vale la pena.

Ein Traum.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren der reine Wahnsinn. Das Hotel selber war einem italienischen Palazzo nachempfunden. Absolut romantisch. Habe kaum etwas schöneres auf der Welt gesehen.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and location. Excellent views, very comfortable beds, heated floors, fire on rainy day, stunning views. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cappadocia and the village is much more relaxed that Goreme that is too touristy for us. The hotel called us taxi when needed. Stayed 4 nights a good amount of time to see the sites. The castle walk at sunset a must and wake up early to see balloons. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

Pros:

Расположение отеля - премиум, прекрасный вид! Три точки для фотографирования. Ночью - тихо. Вкусный, хотя и однообразный завтрак. Очень приветливый и добросовестный персонал. Удобный большой номер. Приятный комплимент (фрукты и вино) при заезде. Косметика, халаты, тапочки - все хорошего качества.

Cons:

1. Трудно найти по навигатору 2. Парковка не обустроена 3. Слишком мягкая, на наш вкус, кровать

Ótima localização e quarto confortavel.

Equipe, localização e conforto do quarto.

Cons:

O hotel não possui qualquer area de convivência, a única opção é ficar no quarto ou no restaurante. Alem disso as cortinas são finas e o hotel deixa as luzes externas acesas a moite toda, isso faz com que a luz do patio externo ilumine o quarto. A mesma lógica vale para a musica do restaurante, que apesar de ser baixa, só para quando fecha.
