We tried it, not nice enough for us to return. Not up to our standards. Thanks.
Pros:

Location was nice. Clean.

Cons:

No shade at pool. Very few amenities. No complementary breakfast or evening snack. Beds small and hard. Room small. TV was horrible!!!!!! Kept reloading and stopping in the middle of a program. Horrible!!!

Great, except for room attending.

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned daily. 2nd day staying the room was cleaned great. 3rd day, only fresh towels were supplied and trash wasnt even emptied. 4th day our room wasnt even touched; no fresh towels, no trash picked up, no nothing.I called the front desk to ask for fresh towels, she said she would have some brought up but that never happened. I then saw a cleaning attendant in the hall and asked her for some fresh towels and brought her the trash. She told me that my room had already been cleaned. I just laughed and said no, you are mistaken. FYI, we did not even have a do not disturb card so that was never placed on the door during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Cambria Hotel Pigeon Forge! The beds were, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day.

The location is another huge plus—it’s just minutes from The Island, so getting to restaurants, shopping, and attractions was quick and convenient without being right in the middle of all the traffic

Cons:

A few things kept this from being a 5-star stay. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. I also witnessed someone taking towels from a housekeeping cart in the hallway. I reported it to the front desk because I thought they should know, but they didn’t seem concerned and made me feel like I was overreacting.
The pool area is nice, but there isn’t enough seating for guests during busy times.
We also had to leave early due to my mom not feeling well, and the staff didn’t offer any kind of refund or compensation, which was disappointing.

Very good priced, nice facility, specially the splash pad. Will stay here again.

Clean. Updated. Close to downtown but far enough away for quiet.

Cons:

The floors could’ve been cleaner, my son’s feet were very dirty after walking around in the room. I wish they offered tubs.
