Pros:

Hotel was new and still very nice .

Cons:

Not being able.to.check in until 3pm is very unacceptable. When you have traveled with family ( small children ) being able to.check in early woulld be nice.

The accommodations, location & staff were amazing, & Cambria will definitely be our choice again!
Pros:

Accommodations were clean, modern & very nice. The breakfast was restaurant quality and the staff was so kind & helpful. The location was perfect!!

Will definitely stay there again when we go back to that area.
Pros:

It was quiet at night and the room had great lighting along with black out electric blinds. This was the nicest motel room that we have stayed in since we started traveling to Pigeon Forge 30 some years ago.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard for me.

Pros:

We were only there overnight, but the room was great. The beds were a little hard, but I have trouble sleeping in any bed due to a bad back.

Cons:

Nothing really. We were only there overnight. One complaint.... it is really hot in the hallways and elevator!!

Good stay
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, location really good and all around good experience

Cons:

Fridge was too small for an extended stay and didnt always trust it was cold enough for food, and unfortunately the dryer was down while we were there but wasnt a huge deal
