While we were sleep last night another guest couple was given our room to occupy. So while we’re sleep at 1230am in the

While we were sleep last night another guest couple was given our room to occupy. So while we’re sleep at 1230am in the morning my husband was woke up by the guest coming in our room. They were given keys to our room and able to walk in. We had our two children with us. That is very dangerous and very unprofessional. We should not be held responsible for the cost of that stay. I will be calling cooperate about this.

Great stay at a good price and excellent staff!
Pros:

It was conveniently located and super clean. Best thing about it was the two gentlemen who checked me in. They were courteous and fun to talk to and they made me and my kids feel welcome!

Enjoyed visit. Rooms were decent. Poor communication after visit.
Pros:

We loved the location of the property to everything. The young men working valet were very friendly and helpful as well as the staff.

Cons:

Felt like the room was a little small. Once we left I discovered I had left something of value in the room. I have still not gotten a response back from the hotel after calling daily and leaving multiple messages. I realized I had left item witching two hours and called immediately.

Clean and affordable room, perfect to rest when driving long distances.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, we had cereal and coffee. The location was excellent close to Costco to get gas and other stores that we needed. We stayed only one night but I’ll stay there every time I’ll drive through Lubbock.

Cons:

The only incident we had was that the batteries in the tv remote were dead, we went downstairs and the front desk let us borrow another remote because they were out of batteries, very nice of her, we returned the remote the next morning. It wasn’t exactly bad but something that happened. We really enjoyed our stay.
