Good value for money. I stayed a long time. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Helpful reception. If you ask for cleaning they almost immediately do it. Close to all kinds of stores and restaurants and a nice green walkway and fancy new mall. Also close to all other places in the city, with taxi.
I would've given a rating of 10, but I had a bad experience with one of the managers that was unfriendly and agressive, bad service from him. But it shouldn't prevent you from booking this place as you will not encounter him, I'm leaving it here as feedback to the hotel.
They made a mistake with the checkout date. It's ok, it can happen. First I explain the desk employee, he calls the manager. I explain the manager 50 times, in all kinds of ways, also with translator into Arabic in case English was the issue. Then he finally understands/admits. But then the next day the same problem and I have to explain him the exact same again for half an hour, but he wants me to pay for something I've already paid. So I keep explaining him, he starts getting mad and agressive. The minimum a manager should do is stay calm and respectful. Eventually he understood or admitted. Instead of apologizing, he even starts charging me more per night. Very bad service from him.
The rest from the staff is very nice and friendly.
