Estadia excelente e lugar aconchegante.
Pros:

Localização muito boa e acomodações bem confortáveis. Apartamento muito em ordem e camas e chuveiro muito bons. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Acho que fez falta a recepção 24h, alguns amenities no banheiro como touca de banho e o café da manhã estava incluído mas cobravam pelo suco de laranja, o que achei estranho. O rroftop poderia ficar aberto a noite e ser melhor explorado e também ter uma decoração mais aconchegante.

Total dissatisfaction and disappointment

It is a junior suite!
But little space between bed & cupboard. Bathroom electric curtain not working. The receptionist solution was to cover this way. And after the second day they could not fix it so they decided to close it permanently without our consent or apology!! The bathroom door doesn’t close perfectly so anyone passing or opening the room door can see the person sitting on the toilet seat. This junior suite has no balcony & bathtub, only small windows were during snow you can’t see anything even if it is opened. When passing through the front desk during my 4 days three nights stay, they avoid eye contact and don’t say bonjour or good morning, even if I say it , sometimes I get a respond and sometimes not. The bed sheet had a juice drip, the housekeeping did not change the bed sheets, only wiped it! And never changed during my stay!!!The swiss level of hospitality and hotelier services is totally missing. I stayed in this hotel last year everything was so much better. This year is a total disaster.
