Location was great- easy walk to restaurants and metro, and 1 mile walk to monuments.
The rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable.
Pool and amenities were very nice and lobby/courtyard beautiful and comfortable.
The facilities, accommodation and staff were outstanding! Staff took the time to know more about us and about our visit.

Breakfast was cold
Joe at the front desk was exceptional. I had problems with my room the first night, & he took ownership of the situation & resolved it perfectly for me. Because of this, my stay was wonderful.

1) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive.
2) Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. Great bathrooms.
3) Great toiletries from Le Labo.
4) Convenient location in Georgetown.
5) The gym, pool, and hot tub were very nice.
1) Our room on the 6th floor was very cold during the frigid DC winter. Even after asking the front desk/engineers to increase the temperature, the room never exceeded 67-68 degrees.
2) Although the front desk was responsive, I'm not sure about their competence. They misgendered my salutation on my invoice. This shouldn't happen for a Fairmont property.
3) I didn't like the attitude of the gym staff, simply for getting towels for my family. I don't like to be bothered needlessly by staff when trying to relax.
4) The housekeeper left chemical cleaners in our room.
5) Valet parking was $70 per night, more expensive than Manhattan!
Always comfortable and happy staying at the Fairmont in DC.
Lighting in the bathroom was limited and could use to be much brighter.
