Our property is currently under renovation. Work will be done during the hours of 9:00 am - 08:00 pm. The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm)

We chose the Hilton Mexico City airport hotel for its pet-friendly designation, but our stay fell short of expectations in several ways.
Despite a substantial pet fee, there was no designated pet relief area on the property — a significant oversight for a hotel marketing itself as pet-friendly. The area immediately outside the hotel was under major construction, leaving nowhere safe or reasonable to take our dog. This combination made an already stressful travel situation considerably more difficult.
Cleanliness was also a concern. When I pulled back the bedcovers, I found a long hair — not the standard of hygiene one expects from a Hilton property.
We opted to dine at the hotel restaurant rather than navigate the noisy, congested airport concourse during construction — so we were a captive audience, and the pricing reflected that. At $11 Canadian for a small cup of tea, the restaurant prices felt exploitative rather than reflective of genuine value.
We understand that construction disruptions are sometimes unavoidable, but the lack of pet amenities, the cleanliness lapse, and the restaurant pricing are all within the hotel’s control. We hope this feedback prompts some meaningful improvements, particularly for future guests traveling with pets.

Honestly, nothing major, other than the fact that it was a bit difficult to find, especially since the whole airport is under construction and there is no signage pointing towards the hotel. We had to ask many strangers lol :)
Que nos llevaron en una van hasta la terminal 2 que era nuestro vuelo, y lo hicieron a las 3 de la mañana.
Estaba un poco sucio, no había papelera en la habitación, tampoco había nevera o hielera, el televisor ni se escuchaba el televisor, solo había un solo canal y no servía, el inodoro no bajaba bien, y donde uno se lava las manos había un pelo.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Hilton Mexico City Airport.
I had a confirmed reservation and even informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive late (around 2:30–3:00 AM). They acknowledged my message and confirmed everything was fine.
However, upon arrival at 3:30 AM, after a long international flight, I was denied check-in at the front desk due to “issues with the payment method” — despite the fact that the booking clearly stated payment would be handled at check-in.
No prior warning. No proactive communication. No solution offered at the moment when it mattered most.
Being left stranded in the middle of the night at an airport with a valid reservation is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to operate at an international standard.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and basic customer care.
I will definitely not stay here again and strongly advise others to reconsider if reliability matters to you.
