Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Our property is currently under renovation. Work will be done during the hours of 9:00 am - 08:00 pm. The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm)
A deposit may be required at the property.

It was very near to airport
They took axtra money for early check in

Location was necessary for a very early morning flight.
Unfortunately multiple items:
- No electricity in the middle of the night thru our stay……causing no lights, no hot water, no ability to charge telephones
- No indication from staff to inform customers of issue
- For the two hours that we had electricity 2 of the three UBS did not function
- Television was not connected to internet letting no ability to stream any entertainment
- I did let the front staff know as I checked out that I was very disappointed while understanding that it was not their personal fault. The individual gave me an email so that I could send my concerns. The response came back in a formal manner stating that this was out of their control and they apologize. Nothing else. Extremely disappointed.

Ducha rota, perdida de agua en baño. Ruidos en los pasillos, Instalaciones parecen de cartón. No representa el costo que pagamos por una noche en el aeropuerto. No tenían bus gratuito para transfer a terminal 2, antes si.
The staff is friendly.
Every time I stay at the Airport Hilton the rooms have a fetid smell of sewer. Were it not for the convenience and the proximity to the arrivals section of the Airport, I would not stay there.
Well maintained guest room

A little pricy for one night but can’t really say a bad thing because we are in the airport, place was clean and it was excellent, service was also great staff was very friendly.

Room was comfortable and bed also,the cleaning in general was ok
The reception staff treated us very poorly. My wife had forgotten her phone in the room and, despite our repeated pleas for help, we were told that it was impossible for them to send it to us.
Eventually, after a great deal of effort, we managed to arrange for someone to go to the hotel specifically to collect the phone and ship it to us. However, the phone was unavailable for two full days because we were told that it had been placed in a safe that, inexplicably, could not be opened for two days.
Overall, we had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who were extremely unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncooperative throughout the entire situation.
