Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Our property is currently under renovation. Work will be done during the hours of 9:00 am - 08:00 pm. The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm)

Perfect location for an early morning flight/transfer.
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is currently undergoing maintenance improvements and our first room was noisy. However, the second room was quiet as well as comfortable and clean.
Loved visiting the bar, enjoying a margarita as we watched aircraft activity on the ramp and on the runways.

Cons:

Signage to the hotel is lacking in the arrivals area and in the parking garage. We needed instructions in addition to those provided by staff via email.

Location with entrence from arrival hall fitted us perfectly as we only spent one night to catch an early flight the day after. I liked the ambiance and the rooms were big enough and quiet.

Zentral am Flughafen, dennoch gemütlich. Sauber und modern.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war zunächst nicht fähig die Hotelrechnung auszudrucken. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und beschweren, war es dann doch möglich. Was noch mehr genervt hat war, das es nicht möglich war die Adresse auf der Rechnung zu ändern. Bei dem Preis und 4 Sterne schon sehr mittelmäßig.
