Important information:

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Our property is currently under renovation. Work will be done during the hours of 9:00 am - 08:00 pm. The hotel offers complementary transportation to Terminal 2, leaving the hotel every hour on the hour, this service is subject to availability and must be reserved in advance at the time of your arrival, (the hotel does not have transportation from Terminal 2 to the hotel but, the airport offers free transportation between terminal by skytrain from 5:00am until 11:00 pm)
A deposit may be required at the property.

El personal, son muy amables, las instalaciones super limpias y obviamente que no vas a llegar tarde a tu vuelo porque estas dentro del aeropuerto

It was very convenient for flight boarding process since located within the airport. Pricing was obviously worth the money though a bit higher than my usual Hilton visits. I totally understood rates. We did not the eat at hotel restaurant due to short stay. Overall, I will consider this hotel during this type of travel to Mexico City's airport in the future.

Cons:

I was confused by the light activation process. It was only a minor discomfort and resolved in two minutes by inserting room card in proper slot located at entrance. I appreciate the environmental advancement.
