Dissapointing experience

Cons:

I made a reservation like a month ago through booking but it seems like the reservation didn't went through the hotel at all. They had no idea I made the reservation. I showed them the email with the confirmation through booking but still they couldn't find our reservation. Just moments after booking, I tried to message their phone number via whatsapp but they didn't gave me an answer at all. It seems like the number they showed in the booking website is incorrect or invalid.

We booked for a price of 66.10USD per night but they charged us 71USD when we got to the hotel room. That was outrageous. I told them again and again that we made the reservation for 66.10USD price but they were not willing to change the prices.
We booked for a room with two bedrooms but in the end all that they could offer was either 2 rooms or 1 matrimonial room with. They didn't give us the room that we were looking for. It was a dissapointed experience

The mini fridge that they had in the room didn't work either

La amabilidad y atención del personal, sobre todo de la señora de limpieza, muy afable y servicial.

Cons:

El precio de la habitación está muy sobrevalorado (Al segundo día ya contaba con aire acondicionado). Sugiero que el costo de las habitaciones debe disminuir a 150 o 160 bolivianos.

Pros:

Location is great and staff try hard

Cons:

The place is not being upheld in any way- no staff training - rooms are not being maintained and major issues on the site as the hotel deteriorates

Härlig rekreation i en oas mitt i Santa Cruz centrum.
Pros:

Underbar oas mitt i centrum, stora, fina, bekväma rum. Härlig pool att svalka sig i, trevligt pool-område.

Cons:

Frukosten kunde varit lite bättre, men helt ok.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y su estructura.

Cons:

La habitación NO contaba con TV, reclamé y me pusieron una pero No tenia acceso a NADA literal por que no llegaba el internet y no pude ver nada. Llegue a las 10:00 y no había nadie para reclamar llame al teléfono que tiene publicado y nunca respondieron.
El desayuno pésimo, no hubo leche no hubo huevos fritos y tenia un costo adicional de BS. 10 y ni pagando hubo huevos , el agua pusieron en un termo pequeño que no alcanzaba para todos los huéspedes que éramos pocos, atendió una niña que no daba ninguna explicación, no había vajilla necesaria , etc. El baño tenia una gotera que no dejo dormir tuve que poner un plástico para que no haga ruido.

Lugar bastante tranquilo y habitacion amplia con aire acondicionado.
Buena ubicación cerca al Centro y estación de buses y taxis. Zona segura.

Cons:

La zona de la piscina podría mejorar.
