Könnte wirklich super sein, doch es fehlt an allen Ecken und enden die Professionalität

Eigentlich eine schöne Anlage und vom Grundsatz sehr schön nur es fehlt spürbar die führende Hand es fühlt sich so an, dass durchweg aktuell fehlt und irgendwer da ganze ohne Fachkompetenz am leben hält

Cons:

Lauter Laubbläser um 8:40 beim Frühstücken das bis 9:00 geht hätte man auch später machen können oder mit dem Besen
Frühstück konnte sich auch nicht mit Ruhm bekleckern. Eigentlich eine tolle Anlage nur es fehlt die professionelle Führung

Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Anlage ist sehr herunter gekommen und steht halb leer/halb Baustelle. Vieles nicht gepflegt/gewartet. Lage ist nicht sonderlich gut.

Pros:

La personne à la réception est très sympathique et a tout fait pour régler un problème de réservation.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à la réception quand nous sommes revenues à Santa Cruz quelques jours plus tard.
L'hôtel est bien situé, près du centre historique, dans une rue très tranquille.

Cons:

L'établissement est vieillot.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible.

Ne vaut pas ces étoiles
Cons:

Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Douche avec des poils et des cheveux, un rideau de douche moisi. Des poubelles devant la chambre ( si je n'allais pas à l'accueil elles y seraient encore. Petit déjeuner sans œufs, et vraiment pas au niveau...
