Good, comfortable place to stay. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, bring ear plugs.

Great location, cosy room
Pros:

Really great location, 5 minute walk to the mall and short cab rides to a lot of tourist sites. Room is a good size for a single person, felt quite cosy for two. Great storage and very comfortable bed. Cold AC and nice breakfast bar to sit at. Fast wifi in room and host let us check in a few minutes early which helped us a lot

Cons:

Property was fine, but as a note for visitors - there is no public wifi so if you turn up after a long journey with no arrival confirmation to get into the room, you'll have to find a connection somewhere.

キッチンがあり、電気コンロと電子レンジがあります。鍋や皿、カトラリーも揃っています。Wi-Fiは滞在中前日ちゃんと繋がり、お湯も出ました。近くにはセブン、アヤラモールがありとても便利です。

Cons:

ベッドの布団が部屋干し臭がして不快だった。チェックインの際フロントの人にQRを読み込んで個人情報の登録をするように言われてやったけど少し面倒だった。
トイレは流れづらい。

I won't recommend that place to anyone 😘😘😘
Pros:

It was very dirty no hot water no tea kettle the cupboards won't shut properly the corner shelf was broken and the molding was coming off the bottom cupboard if I wasn't so tired I would of left last night

Great location, everything else is okay
Pros:

Just a few things to make it better for your future guests.

1. Do not put free parking on your listing if it's not and unsure if they can park. We paid P350 to a building rep with no receipt even if the parking was empty.

2. The reception knows the room code and the instructions said we cant lock the unit using the manual lock, so basically the room could be accessed freely.

3. Building feels unsafe, even if it's relatively new.

4. Inverter aircon is deeply appreciated.

But the location is excellent 👌

Good location but noisy
Pros:

I love the minimalist style of the room. Great location near to 7/11 store, some restaurants and near to the mall.

Cons:

I’m not a morning person so I didn’t like their curtain. You should put a blackout curtain atleast not to disturb the person by the morning light. I didn’t like the broken door knob, I felt so unsafe inside the room tbh! You should fix this!

Charming place to call home
Pros:

The condo was charming and cozy. Very conveniently located walking distance from Ayala mall. I highly recommend it to everyone wanting to be near the mall. Also the host Cee, is pretty helpful and responsive
