lovely stay, would stay again
Pros:

our room was a lovely size but it was quite cold, I had to put the heater on full to get any warmth. I think the tv could be updated, ours did not work when we arrived, there was a controller missing, when it did work the signal was very poor
the bathroom was an ok size, the bathroom was a little tired, the door was very worn. there was also only Ione dressing gown and pair of slippers provided and there was 2 of staying

the breakfast offering was very good, it would have been nice to have decaf coffee on offer as I can not have caffeine.

the location of the hotel was superb as we had and event in the convention centre across the bridge.

Cons:

I think the room needs a little attention with regards to fixtures.

staff in the bar on our second night were not very friendly to helpful

Hôtel tres bien, mais pas hôtel spa
Pros:

Cons:

C'est un 4* qui vaut à peine un 3*
Etablissement vieillot
Installations sportives (piscine, hammam, spa) vieillottes
Accueil qui parait toujours débordé
Rénover de Pas de réponses aux emails
Bar pas très accueillant
Nous avons testé le restaurant : abject
