Very clean staff very friendly
My child aged 15 was offered alcohol by the waitress.
Everything
Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff! Booked for a concert, it’s only 15 minute walk from the 3arena so was perfect for us. Nice clean room with comfy beds.
About 25min walk to the main shops
Lots of variety & Lots available
Only 1 coffee machine was working so everyone was waiting but other than that it was lovely
Navigating the car park across the road
I know its nothing to do with the hotel but I will never park there again , spaces too tight & not enough spaces
Clean room- all what you need was there, very helpful staff. Location was alright. Breakfast had a very good variety.
What I was missing at breakfast were sunny side fried eggs, and simple oat flakes. The leafy greens were old.
Hice la reserva con una cama doble y una individual y me dieron una habitación con una cama individual
Fairly convenient for 3Arena and good pub next door (Ferryman).
Abysmal customer service.
I lodged two observations and concerns about antisocial behaviour coming from the room next door with the reception manager and no action was taken resulting in a horrendous stay for me. I politely noted the noise (banging and screaming kids from 6am) coming from the room and I was assured it would be addressed.
Upon entering my room on the Saturday night at around 23:30 I was met with discarded room service trays right next to my door. Again I brought this up with reception manager who advised it would be dealt with. The noise and banging of walls continued into the early hours.
When I left my room at 07:00 on the Sunday morning I found the trays discarded on a table adjacent to the lifts. Their excuse for this was that they'd "had a busy night" - 7.5 hours hectic hotel life which means they couldn't take a tray back to the kitchen!
I spoke to the same staff at 07:05 by reception and they simply couldn't care less.
Additionally the bath plug was jammed which I struggled to open to allow the shower water to flow away.
£300 for two nights, no breakfast, very average room, and some of the worst customer service at a supposedly top hotel chain I've ever encountered.
breakfast; relaxed international atmosphere
Noise from building site next door
