Das Appartement mit guter Ausstattung verfügt über eine Top Lage sehr nah am Strand von Santa Maria. Das absolute Zentrum von Santa Maria and verschiedene andere interessante Strandabschnitte sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit (ca. 7-10min) zu Fuß zu erreichen, für bspw. (Lebensmittel-)Einkäufe oder zum Shoppen.

A localização não era má. Tinha segurança e as pessoas eram simpáticas.

La residencia es sencilla pero tiene todo lo necessario para pasar una estancia confortable y estar a gusto. Tiene piscina y está un poco fuera del caos del centro, lo cual para mi es positivo porque se esta mas tranquilos y se duerme bien sin ruido. Si volviera a cabo verde repetiria, porque estuve a gusto, como en casa.

I liked it all:
- Host was very nice though we didn't speak the same language. She was very available and helpful
- The apartment complex is 5 mins walking from the main streets of Santa Maria, and 10 mins aways from the beach. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with restaurant options next to it and mini markets ;
- The pictures are true to the reality of the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and all amenities in the kitchen for those who wants to cook;
- Pool access is also great but given the proximity of the beach I didn't try the pool.

very well equipped kitchen, fantastic location, open the back door and the pool is there. open the front door and you are a 2 minute walk to a stunning beach

This place is terrible. The only good thing is proximity to beach. The place hadn't been cleaned pre covid with a layer of dust so thick on the ceiling fan you could have grown potatoes. Walls were covered in dead bugs, realised why when all the cockroaches made themselves known around mid afternoon. Dont use the extractor fan when cooking because thats were a colony live, ( you can see them through the filters when you turn the light on) and throw themselves into your cooking pots. Cutlery drawer was full of fish smelling oil. Cups in cupboard had cake stuck to them. Think the floor was originally white but hard to tell. Outside area gets no sun. Check in was a nightmare. The name on booking.com isn't right, nor are directions on google maps. Who knows who the host is but after agreeing to check in at 2 we were told to come back at 3. Don't know why. Learn some Portuguese because the mother who you deal with doesn't speak English. Internet worked for 1 day. Bad communication with host. Ignored our requests to fix Internet. Left early because the cockroaches and the filth depressed us so much.

Location, value for money, size as described, consumable items, shade, lovely neighbours, helpful staff, outside drying area, access to pool and beach. This is a lovely place to stay
