Stylish and mostly excellent
Pros:

Style! Beautiful space. The people at reception were also very nice. Location amazing — a couple of blocks from one of the best stretches of Calle 60. Unlimited drinking water.

Cons:

Pillows were way too thick — I woke up with major neck pain.

Sound insulation not good. Could hear a lot from neighboring rooms, and motorcycles on the street. Maybe this is normal for this type of building in Merida.

Convenient, great value for money
Pros:

The location is very convenient and on a quiet street. The high ceilings are always a plus. The bed is comfortable, the lighting is great but the sound insulation could be improved between the rooms.

Pros:

En general todo esta muy bien, las habitaciones con techos super altos al estilo antiguo, el lugar muy bien ubicado para recorrer el centro de la ciudad caminando, todo muy bien, incluso tienen un cenote artificial que no vi en internet que lo tuvieran, los chicos de recepción super amables, en comunicación todos los días dando referencias de lugares para consumir alimentos y poniéndose a la orden para cualquier cosa.

Cons:

Mejoraría mucho, si la limpieza de las habitaciones la hicieran sin tener que decirles que si requería el servicio

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, super céntrica y la verdad es que tuvimos que salir muy temprano para el aeropuerto por lo que no tuvimos oportunidad de probar el desayuno, sólo buscábamos un lugar para pasar la noche y por el precio nos pareció muy buena opción

Las paredes son super delgadas y se escucha absolutamente todo lo que sucede en los pasillos y no tiene estacionamiento

The location was great, walkable to all the spots in the city.

Cons:

Rooms need ceilings. Also, a bathroom in a hotel room. Why have a door when there is no ceiling? Pointless. There was absolutely no noise barrier and thus no privacy!

The room was dark; yes, there was a window, but the blinds needed to be closed at all times, otherwise, the pedestrian on the sidewalk could see right onto the bed. At the same time, the room was next to the entrance and the reception; thus, the room with its gaps in the door was rather noisy. I think it’s not an option to listen to the receptionist watching movies while lying in bed.
