Boutique room for a great price
Pros:

Convenient location in quiet area, halfway between Plaza Grande and Paseo de Montejo. Beautifully furnished, high ceilings. Daily housekeeping. Coffee and tea available 24/7.

Cons:

No soundproofing so can hear all sounds in the hallway. Nowhere to hang things in the bathroom.

Too much noise as feels like no noise isolation from the corridor and the public washroom…shower is having problem with too much pressure…Pool not available

I was so happy with my stay and would definitely recomend it and use it again.
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location, with exceptionally relaxed, wlcoming and happy staff. The building, an old colonial family home, has been modernised and tastefully updated whilst repmainging original features. I also likes the coffee in the morning!

フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかった。観光地へのアクセス方法について、親身に対応してくれた。また清掃も行き届いたいて、毎日快適に過ごすことができた。空港からのアクセスもとても良かった。

Stylish and mostly excellent
Pros:

Style! Beautiful space. The people at reception were also very nice. Location amazing — a couple of blocks from one of the best stretches of Calle 60. Unlimited drinking water.

Cons:

Pillows were way too thick — I woke up with major neck pain.

Sound insulation not good. Could hear a lot from neighboring rooms, and motorcycles on the street. Maybe this is normal for this type of building in Merida.
