Cons:

Man hat alles gehört im Zimmer! Sowohl die anderen Zimmer als auch den Flur und draußen von der Straße.

Jako losa izolacija. Jako velika buka kroz hodnike. Los pritisak vode na 5tom spratu. I ne vodi se bas racuna o cistoci ali spram cijene je odlicno jer nisam ni ocekivao nista bolje. Lift nije radio, ventilacija u kupatilu je bila jako bucna i neefikasna dok nisam ocistio filter. U principu sam misljenja da se slabo vodi racuna o kljucnim detaljima ali ponavljam spram toga koliko kosta nisam ni ocekivao nista vise.
