I loved that the property was clean, staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a great location!
I think the only thing I could even slightly complain about was the hot water sometimes struggled in the shower, but it would resume pretty quickly.
Not a boutique hotel. A regular hotel. Clean but very overpriced.
Overpriced and advertised as a boutique hotel which it was not.
Very clean. Perfect location for walking around the city.
Location
Nothing
Great place. The facilities recently remodeled and located within walking distance from all of downtown has to offer.
The staff even remembered our names.
The food at the restaurant was delicious!
Cozy clean place, perfect location, only one block from the beach, many restaurants around
Very clean. Small swimming pool is perfect
Great restaurant
Nothing
Location is great and staff is friendly
The water was cold. My showers needed to be less than 5 mins because I would have hot water and it changed between hot and cold even during those few minutes. I shared it with the staff on the second to last day. Also, it’d be nice to be provided parking information for example how you can park under the park around the corner at your own risk but at least sharing that parking exists.
This was our second stay in 3 years! The location is perfect, short strolls to bars, restaurants and beaches. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The great courtyard breakfast is a bonus. Don't sleep on the Micheladas! Will definitely stay here again!
Breakfast was outstanding. Many choices, all delicious. Location was 1 block from the beach and central plaza.
The only item that we wished was included in the room was a coffee service. Otherwise, the accommodation exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean and modern.
We loved the staff, location, and cleanliness. Juan really took care of us and made our experience seamless. If you are looking for a party, this is not your destination. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in paradise, give Casa Nicole a try.
The pool is small, but with the Malencon and the beach a block away, who cares??
Wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
The restaurant in the hotel ground floor was great - super friendly staff and great food.
Daniela, who kept my room tidy, was extra nice/wonderful. She did a great job and checked in to say hi and chat every day.
Front door staff were also all super helpful and friendly.
Very minor, but I had a ground floor room, so as soon as breakfast service started, I could hear a ton of noise from patrons (it wasn't like it was excessively early though - really not a big deal).
A wonderful place to experience Puerta Vallarta! Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, well run and very comfortable, with a great restaurant for brew and lunch.
Very clean hotel with spacious rooms, great location and friendly staff. Close to everything including bars, beaches and restaurants
The shower was not functioning properly, with very low water pressure and the water taking time to heat. The WiFi was not great either. When I asked for a late check-out, I was told that all the rooms were booked, but if I paid $150, miraculously, a room would be available. It seemed like they were trying to be smart and desperately trying to make extra money from everything. This materialistic behavior was not understandable, especially since the hotel was already overpriced, and I probably had the most expensive room in the area. The prices were comparable to a European standards and destinations and not aligned with prices in Mexico.
