Pros:

check in was very bad \ keys didnt work, i had to return to the reception to activate them
bell boy service was bad , it felt like we are begging him to park the car and get our luggage although we paid valle
took forever to get our things up
then when we went to the beach ,, we were told that the reception should have given us bracelets to access the beach and asked us to go back with my son and my mother to fix this with the reception, i refused and said it was their mistake and they should contact the reception to get us the bracelets at the beach and i went on to the beach chairs , they did get us the bracelets but we got the worst service after then because i refused to go back .. we were begging them to join our sunbeds and so on .. very bad .. this is not my first stay at the hotel nor at the residence .. but first time something like this happens.

الشقه جميله وموقعها مطله علي البحر والموظفين متعاونين والشكر الجزيل للموظف محمد لحسن تعامله الراقي

المسبح المفروض يكون فيه مسبح للأطفال خاص فيهم وممنوع يسبحون مع الكبار مافيه خصوصيه للكبار في المسبح لوجود الأطفال ومو تصرف حلو أبدا ارجو الفندق يخصص للأطفال مسبح ويمنع منعا باتا لهم مع الكبار

Need more adjustable

All need pay more money which not add note in booking all facilities beach and pool also room cleaning not daily only Sunday or Wednesday

الفندق نظيف والسرير مريح.. والموقع طيب

Cons:

عدم جاهزية الغرفه عالوقت ، رسوم 250 ريال لكل شخص عشان دخول المسبح ! وللاسف ماكان واضح اثناء الحجز ، والاستقبال يقول هالسياسه من قبل اسبوع اعتمدناها !!
عدم وجود كبسولات لاله القهوه ،، ولا وجود ماء .. احتجنا 25 دقيقه عشان يوصلنا بعد الطلب

1. Location and spacey rooms
2. Kind owner who wants to make a difference from what the resident management are dictating from the last moment by changing the policy of entering the pool.

Cons:

1. No pool access. You will have to pay 250 SR per person the enter the pool. The room owner was kind enough to pay for first day. Yet, we deserve an access to the pool as it was written during our time of reservation.

2. No housekeeping, you will have to pay for the housekeeping in the room. Even if you stay for more than one night

3. The hotel management doesn’t care about your stay. You will have to talk to owner for any kind of support.

4. If you loose the room keys. You will have to pay 500 SR. Be careful not to loose it.
