Breakfast

Cons:

The room has no carpet, no electrical kettle for a cup of tea before sleep. The room was a room with a kitchen, but completely empty, considering the price and what a 4star hotel was supposed to offer, it was not enough.

Personnel très agréable. Mais bruyant la nuit. Qualite nourriture insuffisante.

Cons:

Personnels bruyant la nuit dans les couloirs. Manipulation d'objets, chariot... qui font du bruit dans les couloirs la nuit régulièrement pendant tout ma semaine.
Beaucoup de bruit du traffic des véhicules à l'extérieur.
Point de vigilance pour les personnes dont le sommeil est sensible.
Même avec un sommeil très lourd j'ai été réveillé de nombreuses fois les nuits.
Qualité du restaurant: dîner et petit déjeuner assez médiocre. Je ne suis pas de nature difficulté pour la nourriture, mais mes 4 collègues étaient d'accord avec moi.

Goed hotel voor zakenlui.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt, ruime en schone kamer. En supermooie supermarkt vlakbij. Topkwaliteit.

Cons:

Klein laken dat over de matras lag. Bleef niet liggen als je sliep. Wij waren hier voor een bezoek aan de universiteit. Omgeving is niet heel inspirerend maar dat belooft het hotel ook niet.

Cobrança e duplicidade e burocracia para devolver.
Pros:

Tudo com exceção do financeiro.

Cons:

O estabelecimento fez a cobrança em duplicidade, uma vez no balcão e outra pela própria booking. Para reaver o valor cobrado em duplicidade conversei pelo WhatsApp o dia inteiro para receber um formulário onde constava que o valor será devolvido em até 35 dias e descontando das taxas do cartão.
Saliento que no balcão fui informado que a cobrança já efetuada pela booking seria estornada de forma automática.
