Budget hotel good value for money. Conveniently located to lots of eateries & close to Osaka Station
Pros:

Located in the Doyama district in the Umeda area of Osaka. Lively in the evening, lots of bars, karaoke, massage parlours, shops and eateries. You don't have to search hard for places to eat as many here are open til 11pm or later. 10-15 mins walk to Osaka Station, less to Higashi-Umeda Station and several others. 7-11 one shop away. Room is a bit small, standard for a budget hotel in a major Japanese city, but not an issue for a single traveller (2x suitcases + 1x backpack). It's clean and functional. Bonus: free, same day luggage storage til 5pm. Check-out is standard 10am, ¥1000 for extension til 12pm. I was 30mins late and have to pay however, was informed in that case I also have right to my room til 12pm.

Cons:

Small but good enough hanging space, just not enough hangers provided (only 3, the space could accommodate at least 6).

bed is terribly small for 2 adults and too soft for my like. Breakfast would be nice to have some variety. The first day was ok, second the same and I trow it away, the third day we didn't even pick it up.

大阪駅近くでお安く泊まれればと思っていたので、その目的は果たせました。

大阪（梅田）駅に近いのは便利でした。

部屋に日差しが入らず暗いこと。
　ヘアドライヤーを使える（コンセントがある）場所に鏡がないこと。

L'hôtel se situe en bon emplacement la chambre est très bien aménagée...

Cons:

A partir de 18 heures et jusqu'à minuit la chambre sent la nourriture, friture .... C'est un odeur tout les jours, les derniers jours j'avais envie de vomir et tout.
