Хубав хотел с просторни стаи но леки забележки към обслужването
Pros:

Като цяло съм много доволен от обслужването при настаняването и последвалия ресторант.
Стаята беше просторна да не кажа огромна
Без проблеми се събрахме 2 възрастни и 2 деца.
Жеста от персонала в ресторанта късно вечерта също беше супер.

Cons:

На закуска на следващия ден сервитьора предполагам не си беше доспал или беше станал на криво.
След като изчаках на масата към 10мин.
Дойде с лате което не бях поръчвал.
След като го уведомих се забави поне още 15мин да дойде да ни вземе поръчката.
Поръчахме кафе с мляко и други но дойде само чисто кафе (трябваше да напомняме че искаме кафе с мляко)
Поръчахме 2 пъти палачинки с шоколад
Едната порция дойде със шоколад и ягоди.
Като цяло не се оплаквам защото това са дребни неща но давам по скоро градивен негативен коментар за да може персонала да не прави за напред подобни грешки.

The address very disappointed totally a scam, same address in two different cities very misleading I called the staff asking him to direct me to the hotel, and he was not very helpful at all he also did not speak English.

Sakin ve araç için park vardı oda büyük geniş temiz ve yataklar büyüktü

Cons:

Otel giriş saati saat 3 tü erken gelmiştik odaya saat 3 ten önce erken giriş için müsade etmediler. Ayrıca petek olmasına rahmen koloriferler yanmıyordu. Havanın sıfırın derecenin altında olmasına rahmen odayı ısıtmamışlar .biraz üşüdük tek bir klimayla 45 dakikada ısındı.banyo çok soğuktu çatı katı olduğundan .aslında müşteri gelmeden odaları ısıtabılırlerdi çok büyük eksik.oda su ısıtmak için kettle yoktu.sıcak su istedik mutfak çeşmesinden verdiler.açıkçası meslektaş olmamıza rahmen böylegüzel bir tesise yakıştıramadım.

Otel çok güzeldi, yeni tertemiz. Otel sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve sıcak kanlıydı. Konum olarak heryere ulaşım çok kolay. Isınma sıcak su herşey sorunsuzdu. Tavsiye ederiz.
