Excellent stay and would recommend if in the area
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and breakfast in the morning was excellent.
Rooms are very nice and very comfortable beds.
Train quite near by as well, so Glasgow centre very accessible.

Cons:

The showers are not well designed and ends up with a lot of water on the floor.

Prefer location
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. After booking my Son asked to join us and was happy to be able to get a family room also included breakfast.

Handy because we were invited to an event at the Bowling club next door.
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent with large portions.

Cons:

The beds were incredibly soft! The door to the bathroom/wardrobe was very heavy and difficult to move.
The wine with our evening meal was eye wateringly expensive!!

Pros:

Very nice hotel and very clean. All the staff were so lovely and very talkative which I loved. Really enjoyed our stay here and would defo book again.

Mostly we enjoyed our stay the staff were welcoming

All the staff were very helpful and friendly
Every where was clean and well cared for.
Room was good size and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Because of the unusual weather the room was too hot the lady on the desk was very helpful bringing fans up for us but it was still too hot.
Also we were disappointed hotel not having a lift with my brother in law having Parkinsons I hadn’t realised that when I booked.

Room/bathroom were beautiful.. excellent shower.
Food was very good.
Room was spotless!
Fantastic pillows!
Large TV in room.

Cons:

Bed was 2 singles pushed together.
Room was super small for the price.

I have been charged for breakfast, even though I was told that it was included in booking price! So for that reason, sadlt we wouldn't return or recommend :(

Great stay in a convenient location
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the city centre, with plenty of parking available.

The hotel is modern and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was excellent, offering both continental choices and a hot menu.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
