Everything except one thing.
A “double” bed. Which wasn’t. Two singles pushed together and both sloped inwards. Two dreadful nights sleep. Because of the beds.
Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice. Waiter on duty was great.
The room was lovely and very clean. It was ready early, so we were allowed to drop off bags which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good too. The staff without exception were friendly polite and helpful.
The bedroom was a little warm overnight.
Staff were exceptional apart from one older lady who i found a little too abrupt for the occasion ( my mums funeral ) she was still tipped generously
Room is small but beautiful

Full Scottish Breakfast was insane ! and the loaded fries !

All staff are friendly and helpful.
Shower cube had no door. Bathroom all wet after shower.
Staff were very friendly and breakfast in the morning was excellent.
Rooms are very nice and very comfortable beds.
Train quite near by as well, so Glasgow centre very accessible.
The showers are not well designed and ends up with a lot of water on the floor.
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. After booking my Son asked to join us and was happy to be able to get a family room also included breakfast.
The room was small but clean and comfortable
The space around the bed was tight and the handle on the window was broken.
