very nice breakfast view and pretty good restaurant and bar. also very clean and very sweet staff. shuttle to the city was amazingly convenient!

Cons:

it wasn’t very quiet since you could hear neighbours in a little in the other room and the hallway. earplugs fixed it though!

Really pleased we stayed here. Kids loved it.
Pros:

Staff here were so nice and helpful. My wife got food poisoning and the staff helped us out offering to take her and assist at the hospital (not needed) then allowed a late checkout to help her rest.

The hotel has a great gym, downstairs cafe and mini market- all used by us numerous times. The rooftop restaurant at sunset is a lifetime memory. We called our family to show them the view.

Helpful shuttle services (could take our family of six) to get around town and pick up from the train station (about 15 minutes away. The shuttle also took us to Jang cave nearby (recommended). Rooms decently sized and appointed. Cleaned regularly. Wifi worked well.

But really it was all the staff that made this a great experience.

Should consider adding a heater for the pool or hot tub in the pool area. The pool was very cold.

A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff, we were well looked after!
Pros:

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The restaurant is lovely with delicious food, but the best part were the staff who were so friendly and helpful. The staff helped us get in and out of town, as it can be a bit of a walk, and always made sure we had what we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The pool is unfortunately in the shade all day, so you don’t get to lounge and relax in the sun and it means the water is absolutely freezing!

Pros:

Amazing hotel, newly built and very clean and modern. It's probably the best hotel now in Vang Vieng.
They have a shuttle to drop you anywhere in the city and pick you up, which is very convenient.
Very nice views from the rooms as well.
Breakfast is great as well.
The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
