the room, the location, the staff, the food

Cons:

the temperature of water in the shower at night, not warm enough which was was strange because there was hot water in the morning

Pros:

Чисто, уютно, всичко е добре поддържано. Персоналът е много учтив! Има голям паркинг, включително със станции за зареждане на ел. автомобили. На половин час път от пистите на Узана.

Cons:

Щеше да е чудесно, ако има оферта за нощувка със закуска и вечеря.

Прекрасен хотел,чист, топла и уютна стая с всичко необходимо в нея,леглата и възглавниците супер удобни.Уелнес зоната луксозна,чиста,страхотно място за релакс.
Закуската-вкусна и разнообразна

Cons:

Кухнята в ресторанта не е на ниво.
Всичко което вечеряхме беше безвкусно-спагети болонезе,пилешка пържола(сурова),свински карета(сухи),4бр пилешки крилца-20лв
За качеството на храната, която се предлага не си залужава цената.

Pros:

Отношението на жената от ресторанта и сервираща закуската не беше много добро. Иначе престоя беше приятен и много спокойноо . Бяхме през седмицата и беше много спокойно е тихо .

Отношението на жената в ресторанта . Закуската имахме избор между две неща - кашкавалки и омлет -нещо с яйца .

Fine for a few nights if you only want a cheap hotel
Pros:

Mountain location for peace and quiet.
The self service cold buffet breakfasts were good and we found the small menu served at dinner was fine for us.
Thankfully, the hotel has a small pool, gym and sauna.

Cons:

Poor impression at best, unacceptable at worst.
1) I stayed at the hotel for a whole week and you only get two x 3 in 1 Nescafe packets and two tea bags! Top tip - bring your own coffee!
2) Restaurant only opens from 0800-1000 you can't even get a coffee if you are leaving early at 0730, which isn't really that early.
3) Breakfast Self-Service Drinks Area. Instead of using proper cups, this hotel insists on disposable ones. The plastic cups are so flimsy people end up using two for one drink. Paper cups for coffee are no better. Guests still double up. What is management thinking? Appalling.
4) The cleaners only "cleaned" the room twice during the week. This comprises of a 30 second mop on the floor. One day they were knocking on the door before 9am. Don't expect the bed to be made or bin to be emptied or nice pillow decorations!
5) I don't normally choose a hotel by the beer it sells but I was extremely disappointed that the only choice in a lovely country hotel is Stella or Budweiser. Finding Red Bull with it's own Red Bull fridge at reception tells you what sort of place this is.
6) Dining was very annoying due to the constant TV blasting out morning and evening. It really wound me up so forced to sit outside with all the smokers. I really wish I had said something instead of suffering in silence.
7) Dining room lighting was too harsh in the evening. Poor lighting and blaring TV spoilt any potential ambience when eating your special dinner. Perhaps their intention was similar to McDonald's, you don't want guests to stay too long.
8) They keep the tennis court locked up and have the cheek to charge hotel guests. Totally not impressed!

Finally, it might be worth noting:
9) The hotel location isn't the best. I thought there would be lovely walks around the area but this does not appear to be the case. You really need a car to get around although there is a bus to town.
10) The place is deserted by 1030pm.
