Zimmer waren sauber und neu

Cons:

Da Hotel war sauber und relativ neu. Wir hatte nur Einzelbetten die wir selber zusammenschieben durften. Das Restaurant war wirklich das schlechteste welches ich jemals besucht habe. Unser Gericht sah aus wie Reste vom Buffet, alles kalt und pappig. Als wir das bemängelt haben, wurde uns gesagt, der koch ist halt verrückt und der Teller ist ja warm, das reicht ja. Und dafür hat man dann pro Menü fast 20,- bezahlt. Wo anders essen gehen. Ich geht nicht weil das wie eine Art Sozialsiedlung ist

Cons:

Игрището стой празно а ние като гости на хотела трябва да плащаме 50€ на час.Да вляза с детето да поритаме трябва да платя 50€ за 2 човека...!

Great place to use as a base for exploring the area or just chilling by the pool.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. There's a restaurant that everyone at the hotel eats at. they serve buffet meals that are quite affordable and good. Overall, this hotel is more like an old school all inclusive family hotel. we really enjoyed our stay as a unique cultural experience. We'd recommend it.

Чисто място със хубава гледка

Cons:

Закуската на сутринта беше меко казано оскъдна пласмасови чаши за сок или вода и чай но само вода се предлагаше, липса на избор на храна за дете , а липсата на мляко ,пладове и зеленчуци беше меко казано странно

Pros:

Hotel is running for two years now and it's still new and kept clean! Good location 10 minutes drive from Gabrovo town! Spacious rooms and comfy beds! Good breakfast and dinner options!

Cons:

If they don't get enough staff to look after the place the standards will go down!

Хотела е прекраен, чист, с голям паркинг. Закуската беше добра. В една от вечерите имаше планирана сватба в ресторанта, бяхме уведомени достатъчно рано. Настанени бяхме в стая далеч от ресторанта за не чуваме шума от събитието. Препоръчвам хотела с две ръце.

Много приятно място за почивка! Всичко беше на много добро ниво – хубаво и добре поддържано СПА, добър басейн и вкусна закуска с достатъчно разнообразие. Леглата бяха много удобни, а стаята – комфортна. Като цяло останахме много доволни от престоя си и определено бихме посетили хотела отново. Препоръчвам!
