Pros:

Its location facing the sea. Coffee, fruit, and snacks were available for guests free of charge in the morning. The cleaning staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Being able to check in from 3 p.m. and check out until 12 noon, as almost no hotels have extended hours anymore.

Excelente opción en Arecibo
Pros:

Lugar accesible, vista a la playa y excelente anfitrión.

Cons:

Cosas que no están bajo el control del anfitrión, huéspedes llegando en la madrugada haciendo mucho ruido pero una vez están ubicados en el cuarto no se escucha nada.

The view was amazing! The room was super clean. The caretaker was very nice

The internet was down the whole time, no WiFi available at all.
The shower was cold!
The area was really out of the way!

Cuando llegamos tuve una mala impresión pq la parte de abajo del edificio esta descuidada pero cuando entramos al cuarto todo estaba bien.

Good amenities for price.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and clean linens. Warm shower with fluffy towels and plenty of toiletries.
Beautiful location outside the room.

Cons:

This is a very comfortable crash pad. No windows and concrete block walls but if you are looking for a quick stay or less expensive option, this is a great location and beautiful views right outside the room.
