Uncoordinated & totally disappointing!!!
Pros:

Nothing because my guests were not able to stay because it was DOUBLE-BOOKED!!! I paid FULL in advance and messaged the host but did not get reply. When I called at the time of check in, they said not available coz already booked!!!! Atm they said they will still check how to refund me!

Cons:

Uncoordinated & totally disappointing!
