Pros:

Dá localização. É próximo da fábrica de camisaria que eu queria ir, da Estação da Luz, do Bom Retiro, da 25 de março, da Pinacoteca.

Cons:

O pior de tudo foi acordar pela manhã e não ter água para escovar os dentes e tomar banho. Ao perguntar ao recepcionista, escutei simplesmente "deve estar chegando". Saí para correr e, ao retornar e perguntar novamente pela água, escutei "o rapaz está ajeitando". Mas, além disso, várias crianças ficaram brincando na porta do meu quarto. Aliás, o quarto (204) parecia um cativeiro. Pela porta, certeza que sou já foi um depósito ou algo parecido. O banheiro não tinha nenhuma saída de ar e, para completar, o cheiro de esgoto retorna pelo ralo. A cama fica encostada na parede fria. O café da manhã tem quantidade, mas pouca qualidade e diversidade de itens. Por sorte, fiquei apenas uma diária.

I had a very pleasant stay at New Comercial Palace Hotel in São Paulo. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms, a very good breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation and several interesting places to visit in the city. Everything was organized and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo.
