Great stay!
Pros:

Overall it was good for our Family. Both of the kids slept on the sofa bed. The main bedroom was also comfortable and clean.
There were kitchen utensils that you can use to cook and plates to eat.
Washing machine to wash clothes.
It was quiet during our stay even though you can here some tolerable noise outside during the night.
The aircondition was quite good as well.
We used some lockers located on the reception area before and after our stay.
It was also safe during stay.
The balcony was ok but we didn’t really stay there. Not much view outside.
Our room was at the 4th floor room8.
The person whom I was messaging with was very considerate and basically answers all my queries. They were helpfull with our concerns.

But overall it was quite ok.

Cons:

The toothpaste supply was limited.
The toilet flush was partially broken( if you use the bigger flush it continuously release water, but the small flush works fine). It was ok but its just a waste of water. Need to check this.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß erkunden und es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Super miejscówka , apartament czysty , z pralką i kapsułkami do prania / kawy
Super kontakt z właścicielem , mogliśmy zostawić bagaże po przylocie , jak i przed odlotem 😁

Pobyt bardzo udany, mieszkanie godne polecenia
Pros:

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, zadbane. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką przez whats up. Lokalizacja jak najbardziej na plus (wokół sporo sklepów, ok 20 min wolnym spacerkiem do centrum). Rozkładana sofa okazała się zaskakująco wygodna. W kuchni oprócz podstawowych rzeczy był ekspres do kawy i toster :)
Na plus na pewno też fakt, że w budynku jest winda, wiec 4 piętro z maluchami nie było nam straszne😅

Cons:

Kafle na podłodze (jeśli jedziecie wiosną z dzieckiem to polecam spakować mu kapcie 😊)

Bardzo łatwy dostęp, dobra komunikacja z wynajmującym, bardzo szybki i dokładny kontakt.

Cons:

Apartament przygotowany znakomicie pod każdym względem , byliśmy z dziećmi i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Pros:

Rent, pent - utrolig fin luftig leilighet. Kaffemaskin, vaskemaskin+++
Varme så det var lett å skru opp, I februar - Så det er litt kaldt inne på kvelden.
Dyner til både sengen og sofaen Hyggelig personal så hjalp deg.
Parkeringshus rett nede i gaten- Skal absolutt bo der igjen når vi kommer til Alicante neste gang.

Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed. The location is close to the city center (10 min walk), there are many supermarkets and tapas bars in the vacinity. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a car and there were no free parking spots in the street, so the host arranged a cheaper parking two blocks away (12 EUR/day). We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but in the building there were free lockers to put all our luggage in until 3 PM. I definitely recommend this apartment.

all building was very clean including the room. also very kind stuff on whatsapp (replying to my messages) and very helpful. You are very close to plenty of restaurants, 8 - 10 minutes of walk to Esplanada D'Espana, close to Alicante Terminal or C6 Bus Stop. Modern rooms with helpful informations.

Comfy place, in the heart of the city

Close to the city centre and walking to the beach through beautiful streets of Alicante was one of the advantages of this plase.
