Hotel Primeland Villa Gota

I entered the hotel through a dirty lift filled with paan/gutka stains. The stair case is similarly dirty and has similar stains. I had a midnight flight and when I arrived, the hotel staff were sleeping blissfully. I kept knocking, and pressing their calling bell and also calling their number for 10 minutes until they opened the door to the reception which was locked. The reception guy took a photo of my ID on his personal phone, and I now have no way of preventing him from misusing it.

The room allotted to me was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. The bathroom mirror is so stained that it was impossible to see anything in it. There were multiple cigarette butts on the floor, in addition to chutney stains and chewing gums and dust. There were also used mineral water bottles in the room, used condoms in the dustbin and used soaps in the bathroom. When I protested all they did was clean the dustbin and pickup one soap from the bathroom. Since it was the dead of the night, I stayed for a few hours and fled in the morning.

I also had the opportunity to use the basin which leaked water onto your feet if you kept the water running for more than a minute.
