The rooms size was of decent size. Good car parking space.

Cons:

The staffs could have been been better. The mattress and pillow were below average,.were not confortable at all, it gave back and body pain. Food.was below average.

Terrible Experience – Unsafe for Solo Travelers
I booked Hotel Brigade based on positive reviews, expecting a safe and comfortable stay. What I got was the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had.

No toiletries or basic room supplies (not even toilet paper or towels or toothpaste).
Restaurant refused room service and made me wait while groups were prioritized. I was forced to share a table with a stranger for food — extremely uncomfortable.
Room key stopped working at 10 PM. Staff casually claimed it “expired” — no one told me this at check-in.
Even worse, they opened my room without me present using a manual key. A major safety violation.
Wi-Fi panel by the door was left open and looked tampered with. No apology or explanation.
I felt unsafe and disrespected the entire night. No apology from the staff at any point.
This was more than inconvenience — it was a complete failure in safety and service.
🔴 I demand a full refund.
❗️Solo travelers, avoid this hotel. You won’t be treated with care or basic respect.

Courteous staff and the location of the hotel. And the food was very good

Cons:

The rooms must have a tea maker with sachets of coffee and tea bags. The regulator of the fans must be regulating the speed of the fan and the hot/cold water should be flowing properly. It was only the hot water when we turned it in for the shower in the morning. Even the tap for the cold water was also giving us hot water thereby making it uncomfortable

Pros:

I just stayed one day at Brigade Hotels and Resorts, Srikalahasti, en route to Tirupati. But I had a great time and peaceful rest. The room and hotel premise were clean, neat and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful 😃. The Brigade Restaurant within the hotel serves superb and delicious Andhra vegetarian food - simply, irresistible! 👍The hotel is within walking distance to the powerful and grand Srikalahasti Sivan Temple. Great place to stay for pilgrimage !
