Great value stay.
Pros:

I attended an event locally. So, it was great that it was near the event. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly. That made the stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The photos of the room were definitely more appealing than they actual room. Yes, the room was clean, but it makes me think the photos were of more renovated rooms, or the photos were edited to look better.

Das mir das einchecken verwert wurde da meine Karte nicht von eurem Karten gerät gelesen werden konnte um das Deposit zu zahlen und ich bisher immer noch keine Antwort erhalten habe ob ich mein Geld dementsprechend zurück bekomme

I don’t think I would repeat our stay!
Pros:

Was a good location for our pre-cruise overnight out of Brooklyn. The bed was comfortable, but small, not a queen. Bathroom in room 503 looked recently upgraded.

Cons:

The property was rundown. Need to be updated!! Check-in staff was helpful, but slow. Waited awhile to get our vehicles parked. They didn’t take parking reservations as stated on Booking site. Luckily they had a very small place left in underground garage, after rearranging other cars.
Room was small, functional but in real need of updating and replacement of broken drapery.
The A/c was not easy to operate. When we tried to change temperature, it shutoff. Called the operator, because the desk didn’t answer @11:0Opm. Was told no one could check it out until 7:00am. Very hot uncomfortable night during heatwave.
Food offered at cafe and bar was expensive for what was available, which was lacking. They did have a two item voucher per room, but most items on menu were not included.
