L'emplacement à côté du centre ville et la chambre est grande, le petit déj est très bien.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, il n'y avait personne, l'accueil et la gestion n'étaient pas au rendez vous.

Great location, comfortable beds, large room

Cons:

The bathroom looked old and a bit dirty. Water evacuation in the shower is not great. Would have loved to use the bathtub but not only it was a bit dirty but the cold water wasn't really functioning and hot water was very hot with not much pressure..
Breakfast is really basic (omelet, white bread)

Located on the quieter end of town near the Nam Khan River, but still an easy walk to temples and the main street.

De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk

De kamer was naast zwaar verouderd ook niet schoon. Het matras was kapot en het dekbeddengoed leek niet schoon bij aankomst.

Magnifique chambre spacieuse, haute de plafond, beaucoup de cachet. Le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner inclus très bon! Emplacement super, au calme, proche des temples.

Cons:

La baignoire avait une fuite et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser malgré les gentils efforts du personnel pour remédier au problème. Il y a aussi une douche, alors ce n'était pas très embêtant.

Inhaber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Motorbikes können im Hotel gemietet werden.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Do NOT stay here!!
Pros:

The room was spacious and relatively comfortable. The location was great, near the river but in a quieter part of town, still walking distance to everything.!

Cons:

We were overcharged!! Our booking should have been $205 but when converting it into Lao kip, they ended up charging $220. When we realised the mistake, we raised it with them and they said they could only give us 150,000 LAK back, which was less than half the amount we had overpaid by!!
Every morning, we had ants cooked into our breakfast. Every single day. They were actually cooked into the pancakes and eggs. We raised it with them on day 1, thinking it would be a one off, but no. Every single day.
The staff were rude and have no customer service skills, if you can locate anyone at all.
Apart from the location, I cannot recommend this place.

Excellent value hotel in nice temple area
Pros:

Excellent location , cleanliness and facilities especially for the price point. I had the second floor king room which was worth the additional cost (vs ground floor rooms). Good breakfast

Cons:

A few small things to fix in the bathroom ( toilet seat is loose and half detached) but very minor

Très bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel très bien situé à quelques 15mn du centre et au calme
Chambre confortable et relativement grande. Grand lit confortable. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, même si la baignoire n'est pas fixée au sol...
Nous avons loué un scooter 2 jours pour un peu plus de 12€. Tres pratique pour faire les alentours
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'hôtel à oublié de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport alors que c'était prévu... mais l'avantage c'est que nous avons payé bien moins cher un taxi 5€ au lieu de 10$.
Manque d'étanchéité du bac à douche. dommage 😭
Client bruyant mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Il faut dire qu'il n'y a aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres mais comme partout.

Location was great but organisation of admin left a lot to be desired.
Pros:

The room was a good size with a good sized bathroom, the breakfast was great and the location was superb.

Cons:

My booked room had been 'sold' 2 days prior, so was put in a downgraded room downstairs for 1 night, with no kettle (specifically asked for one), which I got once I said something. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear every movement from upstairs and next door (advertising on the internet, specifically says "soundproofing"). The shower had no seal, so the floor flooded and the plug was blocked. Hotel also said "river view, " but the hotel is situated behind another building. The manager still expected me to pay the same amount for my 4 night stay when I was forced to take a downgraded room for 25% of my stay. He then told me that next time I should probably book a 4 or 5 star hotel!, to which I replied that I have travelled round the world for the past 40 years and stayed in plenty of 3 star hotels with absolutely no problems and it's not my fault if this one is not run efficiently and the advertising is false! They do not know how to manage bookings, despite them telling me that they 'only' have 7 rooms. I explained that if they only have 7 rooms to manage, it shouldn't be that difficult with double bookings etc! They then asked me why I had extended my stay for an extra night (to a fourth night), when I hadn't, I showed them the original booking that showed I had reserved for 4 nights not 3! Yet more unnecessary confusion.
