L'hôtel à oublié de venir nous chercher à l'aéroport alors que c'était prévu... mais l'avantage c'est que nous avons payé bien moins cher un taxi 5€ au lieu de 10$.
Manque d'étanchéité du bac à douche. dommage 😭
Client bruyant mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Il faut dire qu'il n'y a aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres mais comme partout.

My booked room had been 'sold' 2 days prior, so was put in a downgraded room downstairs for 1 night, with no kettle (specifically asked for one), which I got once I said something. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear every movement from upstairs and next door (advertising on the internet, specifically says "soundproofing"). The shower had no seal, so the floor flooded and the plug was blocked. Hotel also said "river view, " but the hotel is situated behind another building. The manager still expected me to pay the same amount for my 4 night stay when I was forced to take a downgraded room for 25% of my stay. He then told me that next time I should probably book a 4 or 5 star hotel!, to which I replied that I have travelled round the world for the past 40 years and stayed in plenty of 3 star hotels with absolutely no problems and it's not my fault if this one is not run efficiently and the advertising is false! They do not know how to manage bookings, despite them telling me that they 'only' have 7 rooms. I explained that if they only have 7 rooms to manage, it shouldn't be that difficult with double bookings etc! They then asked me why I had extended my stay for an extra night (to a fourth night), when I hadn't, I showed them the original booking that showed I had reserved for 4 nights not 3! Yet more unnecessary confusion.

A few times during our stay for one night we went to reception to speak to a member of staff and there was never anyone there. We always had to wait for someone to come back. At least they were responsive to our messages. They said we could leave our luggage at reception after check out whilst we went on a day tour but this was left behind the reception desk where there is never anyone manning the desk and the hotel is always open for anyone to walk in to. Our room and bathroom seemed quite grand at first (even had a bath tube) but the bathroom especially looked unfinished. There were exposed plastic pipes, the bathtube had a water leak when we just checked in and the shower cubicle was not water tight we had to message the hotel to ask for bathroom mats to clean up the leak. The bathroom was also not clean with hair in the basin, around the toilet. The location is quiet but a decent walk from the night market.

There was nothing in particular to dislike.

I was warned that I would hear people from upstairs, so I expected to hear footsteps or moving around sounds. I had no idea I would hear their actual conversations.

Staff having a loud party. Bathroom wasn't very clean and water burst the hose from the toilet and flooded the bathroom at 1am.

Les murs sont un peu minces et on entend un peu nos voisins.

We could hear everything from the room above us, so we woke up at 6am when they got organised.
