It was my fourth stay in Vila Kalcuni. I returned because the building is beautiful, rooms are impeccably clean and it has a very nice private beach. Next to it there is an African Beach Club, also a very nice place to go for drinks or the beach. The location is next to the Ferry Terminal which may be convenient for trips to Corfu and the center of Saranda is in the walking distance. Breakfast improved compared to my previous stay so this is a plus.

Personable small boutique type hotel with very close access to beach to cool down and private pool area to return to.
All areas of hotel were exceptionally clean .swimming pool and area were exceptionally clean with facilties of 5 star quality
Breakfast room air conditioned and provided varied breakfast with friendly and helpful staff.

Access on foot is via steep side road but access by car or taxi overrides this with parking available.
I had the opportunity to stay in three different rooms and all three were extremely exceptional: clean, comfortable, with a good shower and a good bed.
I suggest opening the doors and leaving a small space for lost and found. There was a small misplacement of my phone charging adapter, which was in an internal compartment at a pool bar and couldn't be located. But nothing takes away from the wonderful days I spent in this place. I highly recommend it.

Le personnel n'était pas très sympathique, mis à part un monsieur à l'accueil.
Le petit déjeuner n'était pas très bon. Il n'y avait même pas de chocolat chaud ou de lait chaud à disposition.
Les chambres sont très mal isolé, nous entendions tout ce qu'il se passait dans le couloir, réveillée plusieurs fois chaque nuit...

The location isn't bad.
Be aware the pictures are not what the property looks like. It’s very dated and small. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The place its self is very noise. Can hear everything through the walls and doors. The beach is a nice touch but know that the picture is also not what you get. They will give you a small blue folding chair and 1 small towel. We actually booked another hotel and didn’t stay there the other night we were going to stay.

Liked nothing about it.
Hosts were very rude. They told us they won't accept our 6 year old in the room we booked even though it was mentioned clearly in the booking that kids under 12 are free. They then forced us to stay in a suite which costed us double the original amount. We eventually ended up not checking in.

Paprašius rankšluosčių prie baseino, sako extra mokėt reikės. Tai labai nepatiko- neorentuota į extra mylią dėl kliento. Bet nemokėjome, nes aš piktai atsakiau tai sako jei per bookingą užsisakėte tai nemokami tada rankšluosčiai.

Lage in der Nähe des Hafens und fußläufig zur Strandpromenade.
Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht.
Zufahrt war etwas schwierig zu finden.

Bedroom was very basic, only one power socket, no iron and also they charged around 6% commission to pay by card despite choosing the pay now option on booking dot com.
Hôtel villa de luxe petite structure très calme Emplacement incroyable +++plage en face et avec pisicne+jacuzzi extérieur . Chambre de luxe vue sur mer spectaculaire. Le meilleur emplacement de Sarandë et hôtel que j’ai fait en Albanie sur Sarandë /ksamil. Personnel très agréable et serviable.
