Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Really appreciated the little touches like extra comfy blankets, double pillow cases on the pillows and satin pillow cases along with a welcome letter. I needed a refrigerator and they brought me one; they heard that I was planning to drink some wine that night and they brought me wine glasses. I booked the larger room to have more space and it was even larger than I anticipated. Everything was very clean.
The overhead lights remain glowing a bit of light, indefinitely, after they’ve been turned off. The shower is very loud and might need a new O-ring because it acts as if air is escaping from the pipe, but these are just if I’m being picky. I have no doubt that if I had mentioned these things to staff, they would have alleviated the issue or offered to change my room. I prefer squishy pillows and the pillows provided were the hard, memory foam kind.
Need to make sure that you let them know when you plan to arrive. I missed the message about it and ended up waiting a bit longer after arrival because we arrived at nearly midnight.
Close to lots of places, comfy and easy to find.
The hotel is a boutique hotel located above stores. It’s beautiful, very unique in its decor and spotlessly clean. Overall I really enjoyed the stay. The location is fantastic and makes the entire Centro an easy walk. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
Not really a knock on the property (because parking is difficult in Centro) but parking (right across the street) cost $35 USD a day, which really adds to the cost of your stay (if you’re driving). Still worth it for such a beautiful hotel though!

The location is ideal in the heart of the Centro Historico. The staff here are really sweet. They bent over backwards to help us in every way they possibly could.
Not really a dislike, but something to be prepared for is that this is a boutique hotel and very a cute place in a creative location. That means that the owner and staff have to work around the fact that the hotel is situated over a small shopping arcade that closes its doors at 8:00 PM. To get in after that requires ringing a bell to summon staff upstairs in the hotel to come down and open the door.

The art and design choices. The hospitality from the hosts were beyond normal service. All the extra details to make your stay comfortable. Strong wifi, hot showers and location was walkable to everywhere you needed to go
As a solo traveler not having a way to quickly enter the hotel after 8. You need to ring a bell and staff will come open the door. They are VERY quick, but standing on the street at night was a little nervous for me.

I liked everything about the property.
The personnel were all very helpful and friendly..The made our dog feel very welcome - our room even had a large dog bed! The room was fairly comfortable but our pillows were too hard for our taste!
The ambience of the hotel was very comfortable.
We felt uncomfortable not having someone in the hotel at night. Having to phone to be let into the hotel seemed awkward. Fortunately we did not have to do this. Parking was a good distance away.
