למרות שנראה שרשמתי הרבה חסרונות, נהנתי מהשהות. ללא ספק אזמין שם שוב, כאשר אחזור לטירנה.
Pros:

מיקום נהדר. מרחק הליכה קצר מהכל.
עיצוב מיוחד מעץ.
ארוחת בוקר עשירה.
חדר מרווח, היינו שלושה ולא היה צפוף.
חדר מקלחת גדול.
מלון בסימטה שקטה, צמוד לרחוב הראשי.

Cons:

ביקשנו שמיכה נוספת. כל יום מחדש. אמרו שיביאו. ולא קיבלנו.
היתה בעיה ביום אחד עם אולם חדר האוכל. קיבלנו דגימה קטנה בלובי.
מקבלים מפתח אחד לחדר, ומשאירים אותו בקבלה. אם חוזרים בלילה בנפרד, יש בעיה לנעול את החדר. אין חימום בחדר רחצה.
אין מעלית במלון בין הקומות.

Nice stay in Tirana
Pros:

Great staff, nice location with ability to park right in front of the hotel, room clean and comfortable, infant cot waiting for us (which isn't always a given!), tasty breakfast.

Cons:

The great price does seem to come with tradeoffs (e.g., smaller room, breakfast can be picked over toward the end), but we enjoyed the stay.

Despite a good location, the manager’s rude behavior and wrong room made this stay unacceptable!

Wrong room configuration (missing one twin bed as per booking)
Upon arrival, we were allocated a room with one king bed, one sofa, and one very small bed. However, as per our confirmed booking, the room should include an additional twin bed. This is not a minor issue, as our children are older and the provided small bed is completely unsuitable—more like a hostel bed.

When we raised this politely with the property manager, his behavior was completely unacceptable. He was shouting, rude, dismissive, and repeatedly claimed that we “got what we ordered,” which is factually incorrect. He made inappropriate comments such as saying we did not book a “200 euro room” and that we are “not buying the property,” which was extremely insulting and unprofessional.

We are guests, not here to argue or be mistreated. This incident occurred on Christmas Eve, making the experience even more upsetting. The manager refused to acknowledge the mistake and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. His conduct was aggressive and lacked even basic hospitality standards.

I would like to highlight that other staff members were kind and supportive, and the location itself is good. However, the manager’s behavior alone has completely ruined our stay. We would never return to this property as long as this manager is in charge.

Good location, enough to see in 2 days
Pros:

Location was very central , lots of places to walk to from here

Cons:

Breakfast was not great , can’t go wrong with croissants and toast , had to press the coffee machine three times to fill one cup ,
Woke up by the mosque, then other guests walking about in shoes 04.45 the next day , so left exhausted really
