Le personnel est très aimable et très accueillant. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très beau et très propre. Mais cela ce voit qu'il devrait y avoir un bon rafraichissement .. Doublure des lits déchirés, visibles, joints de la salle de bain .. brosse wc qui doit avoir 10 ans ..

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very nice spacious room with beautiful view.

Cons:

Breakfast was nice and fresh but it could have little bit more selection and start earlier in the morning.

EVERYTHING! GREAT location, friendly & professional staff & clean rooms! THANK YOU for the welcome chocolates/pastries/red port 🙏🏻

Cons:

I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. We all need our jobs to support our families. I noticed a few things:
—>hooks by the bathroom door were too high for me to reach (I’m only 4 feet 11 in😒)
—>small area of mold/mildew (?) by the bottom front in shower
—>sink faucet was slightly loose
—>toilet flush pressure was not strong…it took 3-4 flushes to clear (no, it wasn’t #2 either 😒)

Very nice and clean hotel with superb staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating to any requests I had.

The hotel was selected for its proximity to Meo Arena and Oriente station. It was just perfect and a pleasure to stay there.

Cons:

Some outside space to enjoy the sunshine would have been nice but not a problem
