Tja geen goed brood, maar ja ben Nederlands dus ben wel echt heel goed brood gewend. Het ontbijt vond ik matig en zeker voor die prijs! De administratie lijken ze wat moeite mee te hebben en ik vond het gek dat ik voor mijn kleinzoon van 3 voor het ontbijt 30 dollar moest betalen toen hij nachtje bij mij in hotel sliep

Clean and Reasonably Price Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. Money exchange was available at the front desk, a nice perk. Breakfast was served at reasonable varied time and there was plenty to choose from.

Cons:

I had a lot of issues with water temperature in my bathroom; The water shower will only spew out cold/warm water every so often and I had to get an engineer each time to address this. This was very inconvenient and impacted my schedule a lot of times. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the quality of towels were lacking for a 4-star hotel.

Overall, the hotel was okay, but not worth the price I paid!
Pros:

I like the staff they were all friendly and welcoming , the location of the hotel was very great . The hotel was very clean everywhere the room was clean too . .

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast I had — there wasn’t enough variety. It felt like 2-star hotel . I didn’t enjoy it, and there weren’t many options. The croissants and other food didn’t taste good. The shower water leaked out while I was using it, and the room was very small. Overall, it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi. The ambience was excellent, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Whenever we had questions, they were always ready with clear and friendly answers, especially regarding the food.

We also visited the massage center, and it was a fantastic experience. The massage therapists were highly professional, skilled, and followed traditional techniques. They truly did an outstanding job.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Tulip Canaan. I am very happy to give a 10-star rating to this hotel.

PERFECT STAY
Pros:

Loved the environment. It was neat.
